Worst experience from start. Camper was suppose to be ready when came to pick up for walk through which was not. Tires were to be checked for correct air pressure, kitchen blind was to be changed out and still didn't even get one to change myself, propane was to be topped off and run out after 8 months with minimal use during summer camping, new battery dead also even when disconnected when in storage and poor excuses instead of apologies .

Great Place! These folks go the extra mile for you. I had a cable break on a slide out of our fifth wheel. The RV was out of warranty by a couple of months and these folks went to bat for me with the company without me asking them, and got a portion of it paid by the manufacturer. Great service! Thank you Flinthills!!!!

We brought our camper in after learning that the fender was torn off by some tire on the road. After calling the manufacturer they referred us to Flint Hills RV. Reed and some colleagues stayed a whole hour after closing to repair our camper, replace the fender, and place the spar tire on at no charge just so we could continue on our vacation. With out their help we would have had to pay for a road crew to help and stay at a local hotel until another dealership opened the following day.

We are currently doing six months of full time RVing and trying to hit the 48 continuous states. We had our RV checked out and fully serviced before we left California but naturally she came due for an oil change along the drive. We called Flint Hills the day before hoping they could squeeze us in on one of our traveling days as our route took us through the area. It began pouring down rain just as we pulled in, they let us come on inside along with our two dogs (50# & 70#). While we waited for both the oil change and the rain to subside we were treated very well. Our fur babies received many pets and extra treats. Due to road work closing their entrance, the oil change took a bit longer than one would hope. Due to this they were quick to discount the service. Great people. Honest service. Highly recommended.

Was passing through Wichita when my tv antenna crank handle fell off. Called them first thing in morning. Jim the service manager said they were swamped, but he figured he could fix it for me in a few minutes. He did so at no charge! Great people & great service.
