I came in to get plans reviewed for my basement at 10 am on the dot got a ticket at a machine without insurance of where I have to go since the ladies at counter 1 was insisting me to get a number to ask her how many numbers where ahead of me. It's 1:30pm and I'm still sitting in the waiting room waiting on a number people are being put in front of mine, called off work and being giving attitudes and being insulted by the old ladies in the front. WORST TOWN HALL EVER.
