Food is decent. Service and management should get negative stars. We were there for 2+ hours, half the food cane out cold, and the beef short ribs looked like it came straight from a cat food can. Tried to talk to the manager about the issues, he could Have cared less if we were unhappy or not. Have been here before, but this experience has ensured that we will never be back again.

We have been here a few times and they accommodate my 3 young kids very well. The food is good and the prices are nice. The only downside was the brisket, it was pretty dry and had to get choked down. It's the only "bad" food I have had there so I just steer clear of that.

Saw this place traveling to the movies in the falls always wanted to give it a try so I finally did ,The environment was very country as I expected kind of old school ,So I ordered the brisket meal with mash potatoes and asparagus they brought it out and the meat was very dry and rubbery potatoes tasted like instant potatoes.. the sign outside says wood grilled it tasted like it was under a heating lamp ! I asked for a new order the waiter took my plate back and left my asparagus behind so by the time she came back with the new plate of brisket and potatoes my asparagus was cold not to mention the meat was driched in salty thick BBQ sauce so much that I couldn't eat it .The waiter was not tentative at all bad food bad service I wouldn't serve this food to a stray dog don't waste your time or money 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Service was average because our server was not attentive and really made us feel like we were a burden. My burger was good, but my husband's steak sandwich was quite disappointing. The meat covered only half the bun and was well done when asked four medium.

From the appitizer to the entree and dessert, everything was great. Staff was well trained and friendly. The place itself was clean and had a lot of interesting displays!! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Service is wonderful. They're very quick and friendly. But the good is mediocre at best. It was all very bland. The best part of the meal? Pickle, fries, and soda.

Great atmosphere. I got the mow cow and oink pork. The ribs were good. I wasn't a fan of the brisket - too thin and dry (pic below). The bbq has citrus, mostly orange. It was different in a good way. Service was super.

Good food and great service. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The only thing that took away from our dinner was that the ribeye was ridiculously thin. It was cooked just right and tasted very good but my shoe leather is probably thicker than the steak was to be clear, all of the food tasted great and the price was very reasonable. Like I said, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the thickness of the steak.

Great dining experience. Great prices. AMAZING FOOD!!!! Great 'photo op' jail. The only negative part about our experience was the attitude of the hostess. Which sets the mood for your dining experience. She seemed annoyed we were there. Hopefully, we just caught her at a bad time, however, that is still no excuse. Our irritation with the snippy hostess was pushed aside with the outgoing, attentive, friendly attitude of our waitress!!! Had we not dealt with the hostess we would have had a PERFECT experience! We fully intend on returning and hands down recommend to friends. We went for a late lunch on a Monday during the Cotton bowl and it was busy but no wait! Our waitress was on point with everything. We always had what we needed- and she brought items before we thought of it.

This is a very large restaurant so you're always seated quickly. The food is pretty good. The rotisserie chicken is the best thing on the menu.
