The staff at Sandra's Bridal are rude and do not care about you at all! I bought my dress there as well as my bridesmaids. My dress was literally DIRTY on the bottom! I did not realize how bad it was until the morning of my wedding (08/18/17) when we all noticed it hanging up. I had no option but to wear it being it was my wedding day. My photographer told me she would try to edit it in pictures as much as she could. After my Wedding, my Mother and myself called several times and I wrote an email. About one month later..I was told that the dress was cleaned before I picked it up and there was nothing they were going to do about it!
I spent almost $1,500 and they do not care as long as they get paid!! Absolutely horrible customer service, rude, and lack communication skills! I give them the lowest rating possible and will tell everyone I know not to ever go there for anything!
Shame on you Sandra's Bridal!
I have several pictures with time stamps to show how horrible it was!
If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be my pick.
I ordered 10 tuxedos for my wedding and absolutely everything was wrong with them. None of the tuxedos fit (pants being too long, jackets too small, sleeves too long, etc). The lady helping us remeasured everyone and assured me (the bride) and the groom that everything would be fixed and we could pick up the correct fitting tuxedos the following day. One of the groomsman picked up all of the tuxedos and once again there were nothing but problems. The grooms jacket had a hole in it, Father of the brides shirt was so big he was unable to wear it, another shirt was unable to be buttoned all the way, the pants were "tailored" and the seams were coming out, the best mans vest was so big it had to be pinned and the shirts just looked dirty. At this point it was too late to try and exchange the tuxedos so we made do with what we had.
After returning the tuxedos and complaining to the staff, (the return window of time was between 10a - noon, unheard of, yet another way to attempt to get more money from their customers) the woman helping us said, with a complete attitude, the owner would call the groom later that day. That was 2 days ago. I understand that things go wrong but how a business takes responsibility for their error, says a lot about professionalism. In this case, the employees are rude and arrogant, nasty old ladies that think because they work in the fashion world, that somehow they are RuPaul! It's ok to be confident, but that requires you be good at your job! This behavior doesn't make you anything other that ignorant. We have instructed the entire bridal party to dispute the credit card charges as we did not get what we paid for. This all could've been avoided by a call back and apology!
Went shopping for my daughter's wedding my gown woman NEVER got up from desk to help don't get me wrong they have beautiful gowns, but when I'm going to spend $300 - $600 dollars on a dress, I want the service so my husband and I went to Bridals by Christne in Easton, found the gown I saw at Sondras and bought it they need a refresher course in customer service
I bought my prom dress here, but will most likely never be back. They have beautiful dresses to choose from, but the customer service was horrible. Also, I had to go back for three fittings, each for a simple fix that should have been corrected the first time. There are plenty of other stores in the Lehigh Valley that offer a better experience!
This place was fantastic with all of my needs for a wedding dress. They were super helpful and very professional. They have everything you would need in house to dress the entire family and bridal party. Their selection is vast, which is shocking with the overall size of the building. I would definitely go to Bridal's by Sandra especially if you're looking for quality, as well as, a staff that knows what they are talking about and what works for the bride. It is a little pricey, but that's what you get for buying quality. Great experience with them.
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I went here for my wedding dress and was told 97% of brides wear ivory when I asked for white. NONE of the dresses would even fit me - all were a size 6 in bridal which we know is about a 2 in real life. The sales girl was polite, but all they wanted to do was match the dress I found elsewhere when I was asking them to show me what THEY had to see. Ended up leaving and HAPPILY purchasing at Alfred Angelo.
Went back against my better judgement for my mom's dress. She fit into a handful of dresses, but the problem was the color. They virtually had ZERO dresses in anything other than one color and then wanted you to choose just from the swatch. My mom found 2 dresses and asked if she ordered the one and she didn't like the color, could she just use store credit to order the other - that was a big "NO" from them. Just overall rude, not helpful, and didn't want a sale. Again - went to Alfred Angelo and purchased a gorgeous dress - for a much more affordable price with happy people to help.
I ordered all my bridesmaids dresses as well as my bridal grown. Absolutely Great throughout the whole process! Would highly recommend
horrible customer service!
I was reading all the bad reviews but I decided to call and make an appointment anyway. Rude Rude Rude! From the first phone conversation and my first and only visit in this shop they were very unprofessional and unhelpful.
Very bad experience here. Will definitely not return. I walked into this store on a Thursday at 11 am. It was empty and three sales associates were gathered at the front desk chit chatting. When I approached, they all stopped and looked at me as if I was walking into the kitchen of a restaurant and not the front of a retail store. I apologized and asked if I needed an appt and the older woman said "no but what can we do for you?" I felt very uncomfortable explaining that I needed to try bridesmaid dresses on for a wedding this June. Ultimately, they would not measure me or even allow me to try on the dress as the bride had not registered at this store but this is my local store and where I was planning to purchase the dress. Welp, won't be purchasing the dress here now!
We stopped in the shop in early July..We where looking to have a bridesmaid dress altered. We didn't buy the dress there, but thought they could help usThe blonde at the dress was very rude. Wouldn't even look at the dress..Just wouldn't help usThis is the second time this has happened. I took the dress home and with a needle and thread altered the dress myselfNow we are Wedding dress shopping for my daughters wedding and guess where we WILL NOT BE GOING.
I had an AWFUL experience here. I am so thankful I did not buy my wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses here, I got them from Alfred Angelo thankfully and they were great. My mother, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and stepdaughter purchased 2 mother of the bride dresses here, I purchased a flower girl dress and my sister in law purchased a prom dress. They told my mothers they could construct them jackets and said they could change the color of the hash on the flower girl dress only to find out after the fact they could in fact do none of this! Thank god the sash matched my husbands suit otherwise I would have had to get a new flower girl dress! The staff all said we never said that and tried to convince them to do other things. They never even finished my mom's dress and the sales staff are all rude! They told my sister in law her prom alterations were free and they weren't and they ordered my mom shoes and pretended to call her, stating they couldn't get them in, 2 weeks before the wedding. Both my mother and mother in law purchased new dresses that were way nicer. They lied to us to make sales and were rude the every time we went in aside from our first visit. We were so happy and excited only to be let down by rude staff, false promises and ignorance. They refused to give my mom any money back for alterations they will not finish and didn't care. Their response to my mother (the owner no less) said "Its not our job to call you to schedule a fitting" even though she had to WAIT for extra fabric to attempt to construct a sleeve. I don't know how people go in and have a pleasant experience because it is awful in there. I don't know how they stay in business. AWFUL GO TO ALFRED ANGELO, they are pleasant, straight forward and do not hide things or lie to customers, plus they aren't rude like the people here.
