These guys are great! I've known Ed and Jason for many years and there is no cycling shop more knowledgeable or friendly that I like to deal with. I refer all of my novice through elite cycling friends to Bikeworks. I consider myself lucky to have such a great bike store in our area.

Bought my first mountain bike in close to twenty years. They put me on a bike that was two sizes too big. Probably because it was the bike they had in stock and wanted to get rid of it. What did I know? I was new to the sport and trusted the professionals to put me on the right bike.

Next I bought a commuter bike from here and managed to get no discounts on accessories. Instead I had the privilege of paying full MSRP retail for a stem and M520 pedals. Really? This stem and pedal set are really worth $90? Wow, what a bargain!

I really tried to support the LBS but will spend my money elsewhere or find a better shop.

Mr. Ed, Jason and Joe are all great to work with. Each has their own specific pool of knowledge. I know that I can ask questions and they will give me answers. I enjoy debating with Mr. Ed. He has always given me good advice, but in the end it is my decision on how I act. He has up-sold to me, down-sold to my wife (based on our level) and the result was perfect. I have recommended this shop to my friends/coworkers and will continue to do so.
