Had our pups picture taken with Santa. Everything perfect from the background to Santa and the photographer. So thrilled with the pics!!!

I hate that store. I went there to buy helmet, shoes and other stuff for horse riding and the employees made fun of me behind my back. When I was looking around lady came to ask if I needed help: I said not yet because I still don't know exactly what I want. After a while a guy came asking if I need help. And this time I wanted to try some helmets. I got a helmet now time to buy shoes. Different men came ask if I need your help I said yes. He brought some shoes I try them on. I told him to take it to the register because I wasn't done shopping. Then I wanted to try half chaps. The guy came back with my shoes. When he left I looked around and I've heard they were making fun .. The lady said that I probably prefer men help ( because I didn't want her help when she ask) and he or they should hit on me! One guy was making stupid faces. And then he realized I was watching which made things even funnier for them.
Believe me they were not even trying to speak and laugh quietly. I never felt so stupid.
I should have stand up and leave but I need those shoes. I went there to make purchase not for man hunt.
I will definitely not come back. I would rather travel farther than deal with morons.

Went here on 9/19 for a new pair of workboots. They have a huge selection of brands and styles.I was really impressed with the variety of products and layout of the store.Although they didn't have my size the gentleman who assisted me special ordered them and had them drop shipped to my house at no extra charge.extremely convenient.Also he was very helpful and professional. I will let everyone know about Chaar and I will most certainly be a return customer.

Kelly is the best groomer and I wouldn't take my dogs to anyone else! She is always extremely accommodating especially for my dog with special needs! I have recommended numerous people and they all have been really satisfied!

Great products and selection. Great groomer that can take care of both dogs and cats. Locally owned and operated. Friendly staff. It's sort of like a fancy Agway.

Amazing selection of hiking shoes for women, nowhere else in town had ANYTHING in this style. And to top it off, the sale prices on high end name brands were insane! The salespeople were so patient and helpful as I tried on pair after pair and paced around the store testing the products. The pet section offered all of the products we've grown to love and the prices were reasonable.

Could not find a training treat my dog wanted. He turned his nose at everything! The girl at the store was extremely helpful, and gave me some samples to try. She was dead on! My dog is now training with his new treats! Thanks for you help and good advise! I'll be back! 🐶

These people are phenomenal! I had just picked up a rescue and wanted to bring him in to get the pound off him. They managed to squeeze him in. His coat and skin is Sooo much healthier! Love these guys and can't wait to bring the old coon in again

Highly recommend! Best place in town to get quality shoes. Staff is very knowledgeable and helped me out to find the right shoes and right fit. From Frye fashion boots to hiking boots to Muck boots, they have the best selection.
Groomers are so nice and gentle with my dog, theres quality food selection, toys and other goodies. All in all a very good store.response / report this review -

It was horrible hereI had 2 dogs a pitbull & an American bulldog both are med size. The one groomer was acting as if she was afraid of the pitbull. Then when we picked up our dogs they both was itching (but wasn't itching before we took them there) and they didn't look any cleanier & their nails didn't look like they were trimmed. Called & told them they told us we could bring them back & they would do it again the groomer that day said the dogs probably weren't rinsed all the way that's why they was itching. I have used Petsmart for all my grooming but wanted to give them a try & I regretted it. I will not go back here their nails still didn't look trimmed & they didn't really look too clean either after 2 visits!!! And u get more at Petsmart they trim & grind down the nails & clean the anal glands also in their grooming packages.

Bought my timberland work force pro boots there a very nice boot very comfortable I went back to exchange pants and the owner himself cleaned my boots and showed me how to properly care for them i personally will be purchasing all my boots and work wear at this store that speaks volumes to me how he runs his business and cares for his customers

as a first time customer i took in my two dogs just for grooming as it was getting close to the holidays i wanted them to look nice and smell good ,to my surprise i was charged 99.00 dollars just to groom a 6lb Maltese and a 5 female Maltese ,,while my male dog was completely groom he looked like who did it and ran.. the face area was so sloppy cut and his face looked the same as i took him in.. smh the fur look horrible and it felt so ruff ,,as for my baby she was only suppose to get a bath and fluffed up and groomed around the legs and private are it looked like nothing was even done just her paws and they took the liberty to chop all her face up i was so upset my dogs didn't even smell clean ..i wanted to say something but didn't.. i had came home bath them and try to shape their face my self something,,, i should off done from the beginning and save myself the expense to have a so called professional butcher them up i will not recommend this place to any one and i will express my true feeling about this pet grooming place if some one was to ask not to mention how the pet groomer told me that my dogs behavior needed help i was so upset over her comment ,,,,not ever again will i step foot again in that store
