I purchased my wedding gown with Natalie at Bridal Garden back in February 2017. I live out of state, and so does my Maid of Honor who came up to help my mom and I dress shop. We were therefore limited in our time to find a dress to three days (and eight appointments) all over the tri-state area. Bridal Garden’s visit was our second visit on our second day, the fifth overall. By this point I was so discouraged, disappointed, and confused. I’m considered plus size in bridal, which made this journey even more difficult for me. Multiple times I found dresses that I thought were beautiful but I couldn’t fit in the dress to try I on. Even more frequently I would try on a dress and something was just not right. I began to think I would just settle on a dress I liked at the first store and be done with it. Natalie knew I was not very happy and was so comforting, supportive, and receptive to my opinions about different details and what silhouette I wanted. She smiled, said she had a few ideas, and left to retrieve the dresses. When she walked back in the room I saw the first dress in her arms and just knew; I felt “that feeling” that girls talk about when wedding dress shopping. When I put it on, it felt absolutely perfect. Natalie was so incredibly helpful during my second appointment for finding a veil and other accessories. Bridal Garden continued to be a perfect fit throughout my alteration appointments and pick up. I look forward to seeing the wonderful work they do for my preservation. Thank you, Natalie, and thank you Bridal Garden for making me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day!

Just wanted to thank Natalie Feola for her time. I was able to get a quick last minute appointment. We arrived about an hour and a half before closing but never felt rushed or unwelcomed by Natalie. I did end up say yes elsewhere, but I wanted to point out the great customer service.

I would give this no stars if I could.. horrible customer service.. I purchased a bridesmaids dress here and they ordered the wrong one. charged me 310 and now I am left with the wrong dress and have to get it altered for another 230 Dollars.. I called the store and they told me it was MY FAULT THEY ORDERED THE WRONG DRESS .. how is it that I showed them a picture of the exact dress I wanted to try on. tried it on. confirmed with the lady I wanted to purchase the dress and order it and they ordered the wrong dress she said didn't you check the style numbers on the dress and the form um no you are in the business of selling dresses that's what I paid you 310 dollars for. do not be tempted to go here they will do nothing for you if they mess up.. horrible customer service!

I would not recommend going here if you do not have to. The seamstress was extremely rude to me and almost didn't measure me for a bridesmaid dress when I had called and set up an appointment to do so. She also didn't want to show me the sizing chart so I could decide which size dress to order. Poor customer service and attendants.

Even though I did not purchase my dress here. Kye is beyond amazing! She is the sweetest person ever! She listens to what you want and what you are looking for. She is also super honest and not pushy one bit! She has an amazing personality too! If you were to come here make an appointment with her! She made me feel so comfortable the moment I met her!

Never in my life had i ever felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed. We went to try on bridesmaids dresses and the bride chose from three different designs. I specifically told the woman working what size I am and she insisted on giving me items that were three sizes too small and saying "the material is really stretchy." The store did not carry anything larger than a 12 she stated. Im not sure if it was that design or what but it was very inconsiderate. I ended up having to agree on a dress which I dont even know if it's going to look right on me or not.

Natalie made what I expected to be a stressful experience, fun and not stressful at all! I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on! Thank you Natalie and The Bridal Garden for a great experience!

Don't let Isabella touch your dress. Rude, bossy, doesn't listen and blames you when you don't like what she's done. Hours spent arguing with her, only to have the other seamstress come in and fix the problems in 5 minutes. Didn't have time for final fitting and nor happy with final results.

I had a wonderful experience at the Bridal Garden. My Bridal Consult Donna was amazing. She was kind,patient and so helpful. I said yes to the dress!

The bridal garden was an amazing experience. Kye was the absolute best she was very kind and honest. She made gown shopping fun, un stressful, lovely and an all around amazing experience. Thank you Bridal Garden.
