Yes. They have a great selection of cars. However, they have the wrost costumer service in the planet. They are very rude especially the guy name STEVE. He is rude and racist. It was the first time and the last time I do business with them. I would pay little extra better than seeing his face again.

As a junk yard for foreign vehicle parts it's a decent place. The customer service is NON EXISTENT. Bought a couple parts for my car and upon questioning the person about the specific part he flipped out and told me that he has been working there for 20 years and that how dare I question his knowledge. Extremely rude and unprofessional. No way I am going there again or giving them another chance. I hope they go out of business with that attitude of theirs

Steve is Great! had some problems with a part, took care of my problem Very Fast.
i see a lot of neg feedback on here. Give them a chance, being in that kind of business takes a lot of work, dealing with people non stop. little kindness goes A LONG WAY! treat someone how you want to be treated. trust me been in this field for 25 pls years. Thanks Steve for being So kind and helpful. I will RETURN!!!

i have never wrote a neg review. Being a business owner i understand things happen ,But this is one of the worst case of customer service i have every encounter. found part on line called made purchase gave credit card and shipping info . waited almost a week no part /called back told part will ship today / waited no part /called back told part will ship today and if i call back after 4 will give me tracking number.Called next morning was told part had been pulled but had missing knobs told them i had knobs will buy as is at asking price as i had waiting over a week and needed part was told they can not and will not sell it. Called back ask for owner and found out every thing that had been told to me was a lie and the part could not be founded and that the chances of find it was NIL. what a joke i paid for waited for a ac control for a sl500 for a week in 90 degrees heat and not i am hotter than i was riding in the car.This place needs to take lessons in customer service and classes in tell the truth !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have everything you need and parts come with 60 day warranty. Access driveway is tight so be careful going into the lot! Watch for other cars

GO EARLY !! GREAT SELECTION !! The place gets packed real quick. Get on the website and confirm the part and price. I printed it out and brought it with me so there wouldn't be any confusion. One of their part pickers named Todd picked me up and let me choose what vehicle , then he pulled the part for me I didn't have to do a thing plus Todd was very professional and helpful thanks guys. A little steep on price though.. I guess you get what yah pay for. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE !!

I just called there parts department about my sons Volvo 850 and the guy was condescending. He talked to me like I was a child. He was a total jerk I will not call them ever again on anything I don't care what I need. I wish I would've gotten his name so I could've put it on here.

I called about a door for a bmw. I got there and waited a good 30 minutes even though I was the first in line to be helped, which was frustrating, then the manager pointed me to a door that was already off the car and in pretty good shape. I can see how the other customers could be dissatisfied. Do your research on what parts will fit your car before you get there because if you aren't totally sure you may end up with the wrong part. The guys are pretty good at telling you what you need but can't blame them for not knowing every part for every car.
