Terry's Transmission did a awesome job on my car. The Trans needed to be rebuilt, they towed my car for free and got my car back to me within a week. They also did other minor things that needed fixed on my car. The price was really good. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on doing business with them down the road. Thanks again

Really!?! I call this business and the guy answers "Hello" in a very terse pissed off voice. "Is this Terry's Transmission?" "Yeah" in same terse voice. I inquire, "is everything ok?" "Yeah" in same voice again. "Ok, never mind."

Business 101, I was looking for a "Terry's Transmission" or a "we are having a bad day but this is still Terry's Transmission" or how about after I inquire, "is this Terry's Transmission?" the reply could be "yes it is, how can I help you?" I guess you have enough business that you don't need any moreunderstandable I guess.
