  So impressed! My husband and I walked in to Boyson Jewelry to have my wedding ring resized. He said it would be no problem at all when another store had turned me away and said it couldn't be resized. Brett did a fantastic job and got my ring back to me quickly. He polished it and cleaned it to perfection. It feels brand new again and I cannot stop looking at it! Thank you --strongly recommend!!!

  I went in to get a band re-rounded and they polished and fixed it for free while I waited. Very kind people. Will definitely visit again.

  The nicest, most helpful people work here. I have had a couple of if pieces of jewelry made by them and they turned out beautifully! Was just in for a repair and Brett did it while I waited, polished my wedding ring and didn't even charge me for it!

  My husband first purchased my engagement ring over 9 years ago. We've bought my mom earrings and a few other small purchases here and there. Every time we walk into Boyson Jewelry, we are taken care of. Most recently, my mom came in from out of town and is getting a custom setting. We walked in 10 min before close and Jody went above and beyond in helping us pick out something just perfect for my mom's 60th. Thank you for such great care and treating us like family! We will always be back for great, local care from Brett and Jody!

  My fiancee and I worked with Jody. She was very friendly and personable. We were very excited when we found out that we could get a customized ring to match my fiancee's engagement ring. Unfortunately, things did not go well from there.
  
  We were under a time crunch with the wedding only a month and a half away. Jody had quoted us four weeks for the whole process and it ended up taking six or seven weeks. We felt rushed because things were going so slow. When we finally got the wax it was difficult to tell, but looking at wax we didn't realize the completed ring would turn out as poorly as it did. When we got the completed ring, it was clear it was not that great. In comparison to the engagement ring, it looked very poorly done with the matching patterns distorted and spotty and it cost almost twice as much as the engagement ring. Further, Boyson doesn't have any satisfaction guarantee, so even though we were very displeased with the final ring, we were obligated to buy a poorly crafted ring.
  
  We also purchased my wedding band there and it was a bit too small. We were fed up with Boyson and wanted to return it and go to another trusted jeweler. At this point, I found out my ring considered custom made as well because it was made to my size (though it is too small) and could not be return. Jody had never told us my ring was custom and non-refundable and this was perhaps the most frustrating part.
  
  Finally, this was my first major jewelry purchase and I had never heard about rhodium plating of white gold. AFTER we purchased the rings, she told us about the rhodium plating and that we'd likely have to get them re-plated every year or so for $25 a piece.
  
  Overall I am very frustrated and will never go back to Boyson or recommend it. While Boyson failed significantly in all the above ways, I recognize they have a stellar and long-lived reputation. If only one of the above problems (excluding the lack of information about my ring) had occurred, I would have ignored it as a simple slip in an otherwise outstanding history. However, with everything combined this was a case of lack of quality work, communication and transparency.

  Mr. Boyson displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition. He is definitely a local business owner that I’ll do business with again. In addition to their excellent selection, I was very pleased with a custom anniversary ring design he assisted in creating. He is also a very dependable; during each phase I received frequent communication. His good judgment and professionalism ensure a smooth transaction. The cost was fair and did not change based on several extenuating circumstances.
  I am happy to give this company my wholehearted endorsement.
