The staff could have cleaned the place a bit more. There was dust and dirt on the tv, and on all of the slide & climbing components

Great for little kids. I was impressed they didn't charge adults. Wonderful experience

Would have been a 4 star but as soon as we got here the prices advertised were wrong and not to my benefit lol.
    Pros
    staff was friendly and tentative.
Great selection of bounce houses, rock wall was cool.
    Cons
    Prices wrong.
    Arcade was weak.
Lack of extra things to do compared to other bounce establishments I have been too.

They make you take off your shoes before entering. Floor is cold and it is disgusting to go to the restrooms without shoes. One of the men's toilets was dirty and littered with paper and poop. Also they took the present that I brought at the entrance and they put it someone else’s party. Sorry I don't recommend this place for these reasons.

Early Sunday morning is a great deal for kids birthday party. Just make sure you book at least a few weeks in advance.

Fun place to go with kids but not much to do for children 2 and under.

This place is great for kids. The only down side is you'll end up exhausted chasing them around.

Great place for smaller children & more intimate than bigger bounce places.

A fun place to take young children, but anyone over 10 is NOT allowed to play. There are limited options for older folks but to watch the younger kids run amok.

Threw birthday party for our daughter's 6th birthday here. Bounce houses are pretty beat up. Kids had fun. I give it 2 stars only for the fact my daughter and her friends had fun. Otherwise 0 stars would be in order. The staff was awful. They were more concerned with adults having shoes on in play and eating areas. Even though all the staff and 90 percent of the adults present had shoes on, than keeping kids safe. I followed a little boy all the way to the parking lot, not 1 employee ever thought to ask him where he was going or who was watching him, I guess they figured he's 4, he's old enough to be unsupervised. I'll never be back and promise to share my negative experience every single chance I get.

It was fun for the kids but it was crowded and the bounce houses had seen better days. Everything looked worn. The staff was super friendly and great with children.

Terrible. it was like little kid fight club.
I had my son's birthday here I though it would be fun and while it was fun until my son got punched in the face kids were fighting in the corner near the games. There was a service.dog for a family member and another customer got upset her kids couldnt play pet or pull the dogs tail. It was an uncomfortable situation to top it off someone in the ladies room pooped on the floor because all the toilets had poop it in them. How disgusting! My family and I will never go back. They loose birthday gifts too.

My kids love this place! We attended our family friend's birthday party and we were greeted by a super helpful employee who ran the party, Morgan! She was so sweet and kind to the kids and they had a blast! Nice facility too!

My little ones really like bounce it out. If it was based on their rating alone it would probably be a 4 star. In my mind the only problem is really the parents who don't pay any attention to their kids bolting around at a 100 miles an hour. Especially with the older kids this represents a bit of a hazard for the younger kids. The last time I was there the bathroom floor was covered in water which we discovered as we don't get to wear shoes around. All in all though it's a fun place and the littler ones love it so we'll be back.
