I really enjoyed my visit at this establishment. I was a bit skeptical to go in but my girlfriend insisted and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. I do plan on returning

My wife and I have now been to Boston's Finest Diner a couple of times and each time has been a wonderful experience! The food has been amazing (great smells, flavors, visuals) and the service is just as wonderful! This has officially become our new breakfast/lunch go-to.

I had actually tried going to the Chinese restaurant next door, but they weren't open at the time that I got there. The manager of this place invited me inside to try some of their food. Looking over the menu I thought the prices were a little high but went ahead and ordered a deluxe burger and fries to go. It took 25 minutes for my order to be ready, and upon checkout I learned that they didn't have any french fries. Somebody had gone to the store to get them and I suppose that's part of why my order was delayed. I was offered a discount since there were no french fries, or did they would make some hash browns for me. After waiting 25 minutes I didn't want to take a chance of it being any longer as I needed to get home. With tax I was charged $7.95 for what you see in the pictures below. The menu price for the burger and fries before tax was $8.10. The burger was pretty tasty, but absolutely not worth $8. I would have been much happier if I had been told that there were no french fries and offered a substitution upfront rather than being kept waiting as long as I did for a simple hamburger.

The food was excellent and and the service was superior. Large portions for a great price. The owner was very polite and interactive with the customers. Over all, we were very impressed and have found our new favorite diner.

The food is seasoned a little differently and tastes great making this breakfast/lunch Cafe unique. The owner put his own twist on comfort food favorites. We have only been here 3 times so we are still working through the menu but the food and family atmosphere will keep us coming back as often as we can.
Also, of the opportunity presents itself, stroke up a conversation with the chef/owner. He's easy to talk to and loves getting to know his patrons!

Walked in this morning with my service dog, was told my dog was not allowed. We told him he was a service dog and was told we would have to sit outside. We again said he was a service dog, he had on his service vest. He rudely said set sit wherever you want, we sat but my husband could tell I was upset so we left and oh yeah, it was my birthday! Would never recommend this place. The owners need to learn about service animals.

I do thank you for your response, I too do not know why after telling him many times he was a service dog that he continued to tell us dogs were not allowed. I do not know if it was because of the breed of the dog, he is a pit bull. But ignorance of the breed is also not an excuse. I do thank you again for your response and your making sure your staff is educated about service animals.

I want to start off by saying that the food was excellent. The French toast was so light that it melted in your mouth. This is my second time coming and my family and I enjoyed ourselves. I would like to comment on the accusation that one of the customers had with the service dog. First of all, he did ask the customer to place their dog outside because it was a restaurant. After she obnoxiously stated that it was a service dog, he accepted that it was a service dog and he said to them calmly and politely to pick where ever they would like to sit. He wasn't ignorant or rude. She left because of how the customers reacted to a dog being in a restaurant. Do not let this false accusation keep you from trying this restaurant out yourself. I promise you that you will enjoy it to the last bite.

The food was great, I mean great! I recently moved to this area & have been desperately looking for some good heart felt "Cooked" food, just like the type I grew up eating in my parents kitchen. That's exactly what I found, so happy my wife told me about this place!

Best veggie omelet I've ever had; tasty hashbrowns; even the toast was good. The cook was also the server and cashier the day we were there, and he did it all very efficiently!

My daughter and I just ate here and it is absolutely wonderful! I am from an area of Virginia with lots of wonderful small town family restaurants, that serve farm to table style meals. My daughter had the red velvet waffles with blueberries. Her first comment was about how fresh the blueberries were and that they were like the ones from my garden.

Since, I am from the Richmond area, I was thrilled to see a bologna sandwich on the menu. I was hoping it would be like the Richmond favorite, bologna burger. It wasn’t. it was so much BETTER! Boston's Finest, took a classic sandwich and added an upscale twist! We will definitely be back!!!!
