I purchased a car from this dealership and was told they probably wouldn't be able to get my plates swapped within the 30 days that I had on the temporary tag. They said they would send me another before the other expired. Just in case I called them a week before my temporary tags expired and no one at the dealership knew anything about it, but said they would send me another tag. Turns out they never sent it so I called again the day my tags expired and they lied saying they overnighted it to me. This dealership obviously has no clue what they are doing and you should avoid at all costs.

BUYERS BEWARE. This dealership should be ashamed of their staff and management team. I went in after my engine blowing up in the middle of the night on the highway driving back home to Florida. We found a great car with nice amenities (or so they were advertised). Took a while but my husband, who is in the military was able to get the paperwork together to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape. After the ink was dried and we were getting into the car's features, the advertised bluetooth was not working. They "checked it out" which took another 2 hours only to say it would take a WEEK to fix-mind you, I'm stuck paying hotel fees since I'm stranded and out of town-WHICH THEY KNEW my predicament. They feigned apologies and offered to compensate me "the cost of an aftermarket bluetooth" for $350. Now I have not been able to find something at that price point installed, but I took it to my local Ford in Pensacola to see if maybe I could just have it repaired. Imagine my shock and anger at finding out I was bamboozled. The part that was not working was not just the bluetooth, it was the entire APIM which is not working and needs to be replaced-which costs close to $900 to fix. Also to add that they needed to inflate the tire before I left-turned out the tire was damaged and needed to be replaced! The technicians and the man who sold me the car, Harvey who sold me the car KNEW that this part was broken (and did not TELL ME) and instead of doing the RIGHT THING they took advantage of a military spouse in need and now I'm stuck out of pocket WAY more money because their ethics are non-existent. I could go on about their false advertising on the car but I'll just leave it at this-they should be ashamed of their actions and anyone in need of a vehicle should shop ANYWHERE but here.

I had a great experience at Mountain View Ford when I purchased my new mustang. The salesman, Harvey, was very helpful and worked with me to get what I wanted at an excellent price. The sales manager, Tim, was also great to work with and took care of everything I needed. I will recommend Mountain View Ford to all my friends and family!

My husband and I just purchased our brand new 2017 Ford Explorer. Everyone was so helpful, Jacob Spencer, our sales representative was so sweet and extremely knowledgeable with Ford vehicles He really helped us to pick out the best vehicle for our familyTim was also GREAT and helpful. I recommend anyone that is interested in buying a new vehiclego no further than your own back doorwe will DEFINITELY be letting the guys at Mountain View Ford take care of us in the future. Thanks Jeanne, Eric, and Randall. Didn't think I could buy a car this easy anywhere. Jeanne actually drove down from Wytheville to meet us. Everyone was great and did everything they could to ensure we got the car we wanted that right for us. Very professional place to deal with!

Great buying experience. We searched trucks on the internet..found the one we wanted at Mountain View Ford in Marion. They were professional, friendly and, most of all, helped us afford the truck WE wanted. Will definitely trade there again.
