I attended my nephews birthday party here and brought all kind of memories from my childhood. It was know as Skateland back in the day. The kids had a lot of fun rolling around the skating floor. The staff was extremely friendly and inviting. They have made a lot of updates to the facility. Definitely a Thumbs Up!

I like it because it is cheap but secure and confortable for everybody specially our children. They have lots of fun sksting and falling down while learning.

The dark atmosphere and pop music makes my 11 year old daughter love it, which in turn is why I don't like it. Although it's a fun place for kids who know how to skate.

Skate City is a nice roller skating rink to go to. Growing up, it was called Skateland. I went skating there when I was in high school.

Sexist. We were about to play the fast skate and they had 10 and under line up on the wall. I am 13 so I stayed over in the middle. They told me and the other girl and the middle to go to the 10 and under, even though we weren't in that age group(which we told them but they still made us go.) One of my other friends who got to skate with our age group because he was a guy, saw how upset we were and gave us the idea to go to the counter and so we did. We told the counter guy and he said it was because we were probably slower than the rest, yet again insulting our gender. I would have understood that reply, if before that they would have seen us skate. Even then, if that was the case I would've been allowed there because I had raced 1 of the other guys on that level and I won. Honestly, that is the lowest thing you can do and I will never come back here.

We held my eight year old sons here today and had a terrible experience. They have recently removed the bars around the rink that helped kids who are learning to skate. My son was very upset about this
He fell several times in front of his friends and was hurt and embarrassed. There were pvc frame skate aids available to rent for $4 each but there were not enough of those for all the kids to have one. There were about twenty total for the whole rink.

As far as the party went we were not told all the details of who we would be expected to pay for until after we had paid our deposit. We received a letter in the mail stating that we would be required to pay for parents who wanted to skate or they would have to pay for themselves. When I had asked on the phone when reserving the party, I was told that one parent would be free with each child. Additionally no handicap seating was abailable. The party area which they had made sound like a seperate area on the phone was just seating in the snack bar which is raised by one step. Since my mother is I need a wheelchair we had to sit at two tables that were around a corner from each other so not all the kids could see each other.
After talking to the supervisor, nothing was done to address any of the problems we had. There was no apologies for lack of communication. The attitude was just very that's they way it is deal with it. Her reply to my being upset about the lack of bars was to say that they offer classes. Not helpful.

All the other staff were very polite and helpful. One of the younger staff members offered to put on skates and take my son out of show give him a little help. He was very friendly to my child and actually seemed to care that he was having a bad time at his own party.

Spent this past Friday night here with my 3 kids from 7 pm - 10 pm and it was the worst skating experience we've ever had!!! 2 fights broke out during this time, there is NO supervision of any kind and was young teenage kids "making out" due to parents just dropping them off and leaving and no supervision on the behalf of the facility, and I witnessed 2 boys walk right into the girls bathroom and no one noticed!!! I will NEVER let my kids go here unattended it's just a sexual assault case waiting to happen and no one would even notice!!!!!
