Sucked. Horrible service. Food was Mediocre. Better off going to Marechiaro's on Second St.

We had a nice time here. We are small eaters to begin with so i only ordered the minestrone soup and garlic bread while my daughter just had the poppers, but it's the best soup and poppers we've ever had. The garlic bread was a different style than I'm accustomed to, but delicious nonetheless. It's a family atmosphere on the side we sat at & it seemed more lively in the bar area. Our server was nice and entertained us with lively small talk. Good experience overall away from the all the lights and drama of the city.

Worst Italian food in San Diego County and possibly all of California. Salad was a mound of iceberg lettuce smothered in bargain brand dressing with carrots that tasted like they were marinated in battery acid (No joking). Wife had the most disgusting looking Eggplant parmesan and it didn't taste much better. My rigatoni with meat sauce had about as much meat as SpaghettiOs and I would have felt better for the evening if I'd just stayed home and ate a can. The pizza would probably do quite well in school cafeterias or the frozen food section at 7/11. Nice facility with shite food.

The pizza is so good I actually order 2 carry-out's as I drive through San Diego on the way home to the OC, and then freeze it for lunches! I order 1 pepperoni and 1 garlic and cheese; both with extra cheese.
