I think their food is the best quality Chinese I've had (at least in the Penn Hills/Verona/Monroeville areas). Everything is always fresh and has a nice selection of vegetables (the pepper steak has green and red peppers as well as onions. The honey chicken also had peppers and pineapple). The chicken eggrolls are amazing. They are huge and there is so much chicken and cabbage, no weird fillers or excessive wrapping/dough. I have never had anything but prompt service with a smile whether I dine in or order takeout. I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes for this food than settle for the few places that are closer. There is no comparrison.

I just moved to Penn Hills . And I absolutely love this place . I order the steam dumplings and they are to die for. I seriously can't get enough of this place . If you've been by the this place please stop by and eat there its amazing . And the staff is wonderful . They smile and greet you very well, everytime you come in . I love this place .

**Spare yourself this disservice, sub-quality of food, and the exposure to the psycho wait staff!" Went for a late dinner and the first flag should have been that there were "no customers." Two of us ordered a similar chicken dish, Amazing Chicken and Sesame Chicken. The Amazing Chicken was brought to the table almost immediately, it's texture was like Chicken Jerky, dry, tough and it had to be sawed with a knife. Common sense told me that the chicken was not cooked fresh; my friend's Sesame chicken was identical w/ sesames on top. I won't eat leftover chicken the next day because I do not like the taste and this was definitely old/reheated chicken. I told the waitress that I did not like the food and that I did not want it. I told her that I would pay for the fried rice side and she became irate and argumentative. She was very unprofessional and immature. She went back to the kitchen yelling and carrying on having a tantrum.

Sichuan Palace is the BEST place in Penn Hills / Pittsburgh! Great Tasting Food! Awesome Staff! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Keep up the fantastic work!
