Nice venue, but parking is a bear. If we had to do it again, we wouldn't use the Church Street lot next to the arena, but would go to one of the lots further away and walk or take the free shuttle. Getting out of the garage took half an hour and then we didn't get to turn the way we wanted, but were shuffled by attendants down a road we were unfamiliar with, so that added another 15-20 minutes to figure out how to get back to our hotel.

The workers were pretty nice but the rules they have need to be made more clear. We did not find out that they do not allow bags larger than a small clutch inside until we got to the door. They allow larger bags inside however they have to be made of a clear plastic. Why state that all bags were to be searched if they were not allowed inside in the first place?

No one was directing traffic before a sold out 4:00 Friday show. We sat in traffic for at least 20 minutes getting up to the arena, just to find out there is no parking except for handicap and busses. You have to drive around town and look for a parking garage or private paid parking. You are completely on your own.
After parking several blocks away, we had to stand in line for about 20 minutes in the snow and rain to get in. The show had already started but they apparently only had two doors open and not enough people scanning tickets. Even though we arrived in town early, we missed about 45 minutes of a "premium show". It was not a premium experience! From what I got to see, Trans Siberian Orchestra was great! The venue was not!response / report this review -

Really enjoyed the TSO concert even though the weather was really terrible. Had great seats, was able to see the show without any interference.
Two bad things. The music was too loud and when someone in the middle of the row needed to get out, everyone towards the end of that row had to get up to let the person out. Other than these two things we had a great time.response / report this review -

I love this place! Not quite the United Center I'm used to, but it's very well constructed, clean, friendly and helpful employees. There's a great shop for souvenirs, and the consessions are pretty good. From my own personal experience this is a fantastic place, well worth a trip!

Clean facility, friendly staff, fair ticket prices. Food is typical over priced venue food. They just went to a "clear bag" policy for safety. Including diaper bags. Though I understand, when I went today for an education day I went out of my way to obey -even though I have a six month old & it was inconvenient. What annoyed me greatly was seeing them let in bus loads of kids and chaperones with lunch bags that violated their own policy. Sure, you may say it's kids lunch boxes! But if someone is crazy enough to do something crazy, they'll use a kids lunchbox or bag. So if the policy is applied, it should be applied to a equally.

It was not worth the tickets! Food and drinks disgusting and over priced! Even for a rock concert. I go to many this was worse than Chrokee! At least their they are respectful. You hire ass holes! Never going back waste!

#sou2soul Faith Hill and Tim McGraw was a great show in a great venue. Food was somewhat lackluster as were the beverage offerings. Accommodations for the concert and arena staff were great. The show? Spectacular!

I would give it five stars if not for the cramped leg room. Obviously not designed for any long-term sitting. Otherwise a wonderful facility with close proximity parking. And police assistance with traffic absolutely amazing!

Whose place is very easy to find in the downtown Greenville area all the major interstates are around it for great access. The size of the venue is nice and easy to navigate through. Is just the parking around the facility is very strange then seem to be a lot of a good parking close and easy walking distance from the venue. Even though there is an adjacent parking deck with large crowds and makes it a little hard to leave in a timely fashion. Overall though it is a great facility.

My family was there for a high school graduation ceremony. It was bright, clean and accommodation was wonderful for such a big class. Parking was easy and the short walk to the center was almost a jointed to the arena.

Went there for a hockey game with a group. Enjoyable time and they do a good job of audience engagement.
As always, stadium food is way overpriced, but it is what it is.
Relatively easy in and out. $5 parking across the street. Plenty of Greenville law officers on hand to keep things moving smoothly. They do a fantastic job!!
That evening --- the Swamp Rabbits came from behind in a VERY exciting game!!response / report this review
