I turned in my van to be repaired on October 23 at the time they tolled me it would be done on the 28th. I called on Friday and they said it wasn't done that it would be done by the following Wednesday I called them then and it wasn't done then they said Friday and sure enough I called and it wasn't done they said that the door had waves in it and needed extra work they assured me when I took it in there if the door was in bad shape they wouldn't use it but they did then they said it wasn't done they assured me it would be done the following Wednesday well guess what it wasn't I finally picked it up on November 9th they are extremely slow !!!

I am very happy with them today because they reattached a panel under the front of my vehicle that had come loose free of charge. UPDATE: Although routine maintenance elsewhere the next day revealed some damage BR Collision Repair missed.

Disappointed with the service here. Was notified the job was done, came to pick the car up, inspected it, and found that the job done correctly. The plastic on my center console was nicked and scratched, and the car was full of dust. There was also strange streaks of residue covering the body. They took the car back in to fix the problems, and was given back a car with now an airbag fault code. They had to outsource the car to the manufacturer's service department to fix it, which took a couple days. Also, they inflated the times spent in labor. 30 minutes to unbolt four bolds holding in a seat? Sure. I'm a mechanic, and can see through that. Only reason I brought the car to this place was because it was going to go through insurance and didn't have the time to do it myself. Unimpressed.

I have had a couple of insurance-related repairs done here and they always do a good job and are accommodating. Specifically working with Gary Kingma has been nice, he's very direct and willing to work with you. No complaints on the results and turn times.

Waited 4 weeks for a car from pullin to the shop to complete repair (cosmetic issue due to small accident) . They sure take their time on things. A month for a small repair.. Good stuff! Dont go here!
