We had a problem with sewage backing up from both of our bathrooms and called Bob Larson Plumbing. Michael arrived within the scheduled time frame and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and an impressive problem solver. Michael's expertise helped me learn more about my house while he efficiently completed the tough job. There is no more sewage backup, and I can shower and do laundry again! Bob Larson Plumbing is one of the best plumbing companies I have ever dealt with. They are prompt, efficient, and professional. Dennis from Bob Larson came out to quote for a replacement water heater as ours started venting hot water to outside, he very quickly established that the expansion tank was blown and this was due to our water pressure being literally double what it should. He wrote us up a quote which we went for and was back in two days (parts needed) to complete the work, the job was completed quickly and efficiently and everything was left looking great. The heater is working excellently and we couldn't be more happy with the work. Dennis, if you see this nice one! Really appreciate it.

I had two plumbing issues:
1). A major clog and leak in my kitchen drain stack; and
2). A pinhole leak in a bathroom hot water copper supply pipe.
I called Bob Larson plumbing based on a recommendation. I’ve never needed to call a plumber before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They were able to schedule an appointment timely. 2 plumbers arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly, and provided a written estimate before starting work. They were polite, professional, and efficient. They wore masks (as requested) and booties in our home. They replaced the clogged and cracked portion of ABS kitchen drain stack (which included working in the crawl space), replaced the kitchen double sink cabinet PVC drain piping from a 2 P-trap configuration to a single P-trap, and replaced a 30” section of copper hot water supply pipe. They completed diagnosis and repairs for all jobs in about 2 hours. Note that I had already opened up the drywall to provide access to the two problem areas, and I gave them good details about the nature of the issues, which probably helped the diagnosis and repair go more quickly. Nevertheless, I was pleased with how quickly they assessed the problems and solutions. I also liked that they were able to resolve both the drain and supply line issues in a single visit. I would definitely call Bob Larson next time I need a professional plumber.response / report this review -

Bob Larson plumbing is an AMAZING company! They were able to find an 80 gallon tank to replace our defective 3 year old tank. They were SO prompt and got the job done immediately without blaming Covid for any delays. Dennis and team was awesome and very knowledgeable. I will definitely turn to this company again when needed in the future. It was refreshing to get help within a day or two!

We have used Bob Larson Plumbing for years and for good reason, excellent customer service with highly skilled plumbers. We just had our kitchen sink and faucet replaced; and plumbing upgraded. Cory and Matt were professional, organized, tidy, considerate and fully answered all of our questions. If you want it done right the first time, call Bob Larson Plumbing!
