Brooks was a lifesaver for our family. We had a leaking old hot water heater right before a major holiday. Brooks worked a miracle securing our family a new tankless water heater (in the middle of this pandemic with supply issues), rearranged his work crews, and had our new hot water heater installed less than 24 hours from the time he walked into our home to assess the original problem. Incredible work ethic. Simpson Plumbing is amazing!!

We have now had two service techs call on us and we could NOT be more pleased! Service is definitely what they are all about. If they can save you money they will show you how. If they can't they'll treat you fairly. So glad we found them when we were looking for a new plumber. Would recommend them to anyone. Both Reggie and Travis have represented Simpson in the most positive way! Can't leave out Terri. She takes care of the office and scheduling service calls. She is pleasant, efficient and very helpful. CB

Will highly recommend Simpson Plumbing!!!! Came out today to replace old gas hot water heater and repair leaky toilet. Very hard worker and extremely talented. Great personality and very pleasant worker. Responded quickly when we needed them. Will call them if ever have plumbing problems again.

Simpson Plumbing was professional and quick to help. Our water line broke under the house and we have a lot of livestock - not having water for a few days was not an option and everyone was booked full on jobs. The office started calling techs in the field and found someone who had finished the job they were on and sent them right over. The tech was very helpful, provided a full estimate and got approval before starting work, and completed the work, double checking to be sure that everything was in good shape before leaving. I would strongly recommend this company for plumbing work and won't hesitate to call them again. Thank you for saving us from having to haul water from someplace in 5-gallon buckets!
