Robert, Dan, Mark, Jorge, Mike, Tyler, Jared you guys were professional,courteous, and addressed my every nerve. You showed up, did the job in a day like you said you would, and you cleaned up nicely after yourselves. If you're looking for a company that will come out, and take a holistic, big picture approach to your entire system, quote you accurately (you won't pay a dime more than what you agreed to), will show up, do the work, walk you through everything, and leave things spotless, look no more. Dial the phone. Arnold & Sons, while I hope I don't have to see any of you in a professional capacity for a while, you've just gained a new client. Congratulations, and a job well done 👏 ✔️

Called on a Saturday night because I thought my basement drain was clogged. First thing Monday morning received a call to schedule service. They came out Monday morning and checked not only my drain (which turned out to be okay) but also checked all other systems thoroughly! Discovered water softener system has been failing for a long time, sump pump needed serious attention, and water heater is on borrowed time (the joys of owning an older home). The guys gave a thorough report and delivered best options for dealing with all issues. They answered all questions and explained everything. No pressure to go with most expensive option!! Gave many different options and explained all including pricing.Was able to schedule all repairs/replacements for the next day!!! Also very impressed with the communication from main office regarding technician information (who, when, etc.) Robert and Tyler did a great job!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

More of a sales call than a service call. Spent more time at my home writing up upgrade estimates than actually doing the standard clean out service I requested. Other companies have charged me under $200 for a general clean out rooting. This estimate was $597 for same job, and Arnold doesn’t have the equipment to reach more than 100’ into my main drain line. Most others I’ve called can go at least 150’. Office staff was good. Communication was good. Tech was courteous and knowledgeable, but I didn’t want to be given a sales pitch or have to wait 20 minutes for service to begin waiting on the presentation of upgrade options. For these reasons I just can not recommend Arnold. I was able to find another company to do the hydro jetting service through my entire length of drain line for under $500. Arnold wanted almost $3000 for this same service.

Update: the supervisor and technician came back next day and fixed the remaining issues.

We called Arnold and Son when some faucets had no water or very low water pressure in our house. One person came to give an estimate of $2200 for the fix. The same day, two other guys came and replaced water softener which was considered as the root cause of the issue. However, all faucets with no water are still same. They asked additional $3500 to replace the fixture! I have a very little knowledge about plumbing, but I feel I was charged to fix the issue other than paying $2200 to replace a regular water softener and then was told i will have to pay $3500 if I want faucets to be usable!

They got rid of all of the galvanized pipes and replaced with copper. Replaced the water heater and installed a water softener. The techs did a great job. They were very nice and professional and the work they did looks great! I will definitely use their services again!
