Came up mid week to do some riding. We were able to walk right in and we were on the trails in less than 30 min. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. They took the time to help us get properly get geared up. Boat Sport will be our go to place for snowmobiles and hopefully boat rentals this summer.

This is great snowmobile rental shop. My family rented a couple of snowmobiles and the staff was great to work with. I”m looking forward to summer and renting one of their tri-toon!!

Claimed damaged A-arm on sled rental. Damage could have easily been from a prior rental and not noticed by their maintenance crew and my friend was placed at a fault. Staff did not want to discuss and we did not bother to argue with them about it. Will just lose out on future business. I guess we needed to take pictures of every area on the sled in order to avoid a $370.00 charge which we were not at fault for. Also charged one member of our group for a half gallon of gas when we all filled up at the same gas station a mile down the road.

Called two weeks in advance to rent a trailer to take out our pontoon boat so they'd have it ready and we wouldn't have to wait for one to open to open up. Unfortunately, with so few companies in town even that much notice doesn't mean anything when you have a monopoly. So of course when we go to pick up the RESERVED trailer, there wasn't one available and iT was a mad scramble to find one. Talk about a worthless reservation!! If they weren't the only game in town we'd go somewhere ELSE!!!!

Just tried to rent a pontoon for a Saturday next year and was told I was going to be placed on a waiting list. They appear to be catering to the weekly renters only and not those who just want to rent for a day or two. I understand the business side but I feel they need to cater to all. My family and I have been renting from them for years, boats and snowmobiles. Will defiantly think differently and look elsewhere for my family and friends rental needs.

Easy fueling, Boat launch is not suitable for any inboard boat that has a prop guard on the trailer.

Great place to buy and rent boats and sleds in Eagle River. Very nice people. Don't go to trackside!!!

Boat sport is the best! Fantastic customer service! I can't say enough how friendly this family owed business is!! We rented a pontoon boat for the weekend and they were willing to help us out with all our boating needs! We will be doing all our rentals through them and you should too!!! Top notch in my book!!

Boat Sport is a great family owned and operated business. Great for boat rentals in the summer and snowmobile rentals in the winter. Great location for both - right on the chain and near the national forest which has the best trails.
