  I broke down in the middle of nowhere on my way back to Florida from West Virginia had to get a new motor installed in my truck the job was done efficiently and in a timely manner I couldn't be more pleased with this establishment Ernie my service advisor and the mechanic as well as JR the service manager did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this dealership

  Legacy seemed to get my vehicle in at the time my appointment was for. I thought the service manage was courteous, I handed him my keys and he moved my car to the appropriate place for mechanic to take my vehicle for the oil change. My car needed an air filter so the service manager can and spoke with me about getting the air filter changed. He also let me know the cost of the air filter so I could make an informed decision as to have it changed or not. When they was finished someone came and got me and check me out ask if I had any questions or concerns. I was told Thank you by the service Manager and the cashier that took my payment for the services that was made on my vehicle. That sitting area was clean. It would be nice for them to have bottled water available for there customers waiting for there vehicles to be serviced. Because the water out of the water fountains is not really that appealing since Covid.

  Got oil change and tire rotation. Larry was my Service Advisor, friendly greeting when I walked in Service Department. Average wait, approximately 90 minutes, for this type of service. This was my first time for service. Definitely will be back.
