Gary Block is an amazing man and his staff are just as awesome! I took a ring to be appraised and some jewelry to be cleaned and his service seriously exceeded my expectations. I have a 3.5 carat ring that he handled with care and I felt more than confident in leaving it with him. If you are a smart consumer, you will go there, because he is a very fair Jeweler with a wide assortment of jewelry to pick from. I was interested in purchasing an opal pendant that was posted on sale for $179. When I expressed interest, the sales associate told me that the pendant was actually $379., which was on a tag, that she did not show me. After she spoke with the manager, she told me they would sell me the pendant for $40. less that $379. This is almost $200. more than the price which was posted. Furthermore, they claimed their opals were genuine. They had another opal pendant for $379, which was very clearly a simulated opal, that the sales associate told me was "fiery and genuine". The sopalthat I wanted to buy,I think was genuine, but was "milky" and not worth the inflated price they attempted to sell to me.

The best! I had ordered my wedding ring with a special etching (last minute) and it didn't look like it was going to make it in time. The team at Block made sure I had it for the wedding, and it came out beautiful! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent products and service!

My Fiance' and I went here today and worked with a wonderful employee. I can't remember her name but she had short blonde hair and was really nice. She helped us identify some of our grandmothers heirlooms (she recently passed) and offered to clean them all up really quick free of charge. She knew we weren't going to buy anything today but she treated us as if we were. If we need any 'new' jewelry this is where we will be coming. She even showed us how to identify real vs. fake diamonds that we brought in. Great service! Thank you!!

My mother passed away and I wanted to wear her wedding rings. I took them to Block Jewelers and they were very kind. Expressed their sympathy and resized my mothers rings to fit me. They look absolutely beautiful. I also had 2 other rings that were my mothers and they did an amazing job with them also. Will be taking my wedding rings back to have them cleaned. I don't know exactly what they do, but they come back looking brand new. Thank you - Cindy A.

We have been dealing with Blocks for a decade. When it came time for purchasing an engagement ring we knew this was the place to go. Gary is unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He walked us through all of the possible choices without pressure. There are so many things that we learned about diamonds that no other jeweler explained. We felt that he respected our budget and did all that he could to help keep us within that budget. He went way above and beyond to be sure that we got the best quality and quantity possible. No other place came close. All of the sales staff are always friendly, caring and helpful. We will recommend him to all of our friends and family.
