My experience at Bliss Bridal was nothing short of a woman's dream. Myself, my five bridesmaids, and my momma were treated with such kindness and patience. Their dresses are gorgeous and the selection is large enough to accommodate many different styles/shapes/personalities. My stylist, Pamela, was such a joy and helped me to feel very calm throughout the process. I can't wait to get married in my beautiful gown!

I am a firm believer in shopping local, but I would give this shop zero stars if that was an option. I am also not one to write reviews online, but I have been so disappointed and upset with my experience I don't want anyone else to have to go through it, too. I am a bridesmaid in my cousin's wedding and she chose this shop to order her dress and the bridesmaids' dresses from. I live out of town and called with my measurements. I have been sewing since I was a child and know how clothes should fit. The dress is very flowy and loose at the bottom and they tried to tell me I needed a dress two sizes too big to "fit my hips." This was completely wrong information. The dress has a fitted waist, they should have known that was the most important measurement for the dress to fit properly. My husband and I were actively trying to get pregnant at the time of the deadline for ordering the dress. I offered to go ahead and pay them the full price of the dress if I could call them back in four days to tell them what size I needed (I would then know if I needed to account for being pregnant or not). They were incredibly nasty to me about this request and proceeded to call and harass my cousin, the bride, to tell her that I hadn't ordered my dress and this was a breach of contract. The dress came in months later and was picked up and mailed to me because I live 7 hours away. The dress size is very clearly mislabeled. In addition to the shop ordering a size bigger than what I ordered and is listed on my receipt, the dress measures exactly two sizes bigger than what the size label says the dress is. These measurements are directly from the Bill Levkoff size chart. It's clearly a manufacturing default, but the shop when asked about it, proceeded to talk over me and read the contract back to me and said they could do nothing. I'm now stuck with a $300 dress three sizes too big that falls off my body and cannot be altered due to the style of the dress. This shop has been a complete nightmare. I do not recommend them if you want a "blissful" experience, people that are willing to work with you, and dresses that fit.

I have been nothing but absolutely PLEASED with Bliss Bridal! From the very beginning I was completely amazed. I have gone to 4 different bridal shops (yes I'm quite indecisive) trying on gowns and Bliss was BY FAR the most pleasant. Not only was the gown selection wonderful and the prices right, but the ladies in the shop were soooo NICE. I had been to another boutique-like shop in the area and was not greeted with near the FRIENDLINESS or ENTHUSIASM of these ladies! Shelly was great and I absolutely loved working with her so much that I made sure to request her for my 2nd appointment. I would recommend this shop to any bride. (even the out of town onesthis place is worth the drive.) Now that I've officially picked the dress.now I'm can barely stand the wait! Can't wait to get back in to the shop for my first alterations/fitting appointment!

I came into Katie's store uneasy about wedding dresses. I'm very simple but it was hard to find a gown to reflect my elegant but carefree and comfortable style. Katie found me the perfect dress! It was so simple but absolutely stunning in full lace. My husband loved the dress at our wedding. I also had the alterations done at Bliss where the dress became even more enchanting on me. I appreciate all Katie and Serena did for me to help me feel like a bride should on her wedding day. Now I'm returning it to Katie to consign in her NOLA store. A part of me hurts to part with the dress but I feel that someone else should enjoy the dress as much as I did. It would be sad for it to sit in my closet and not be loved by another bride. I look forward to working with Katie again as she finds another bride to love the dress as much as I have. Thank you Katie for finding me the absolutely most wonderful dress!
