On vacation in Gulf Shores down from Fort Worth. Transmission started acting up on the drive down. Called Gulf Shores Service Station to price servicing the transmission. My fear was getting raked over the coals being in a vacation town. These guys were GREAT. Quotes a fair price and were honest and knowledgeable about the work. Greatest part was the price was below the quote. I would use them exclusively if I lived here.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a place to get something done quick and doesn't want to spend a ton of money. I'm from KY and our vehicle messed up on the way down to Gulf Shores and when we got to the room I looked online for a place to fix it. We came to Gulf Shores Service Center and they got our car in checked it and diagnosed the problem quick. They figured out the problem and they were able to get the piece cheaper than anywhere else and they were amazing when it came to helping us out. If you're local or not I would recommend this place highly!

Very happy with this establishment. 19 year old daughter on spring break 8+ hours from home. Had car trouble and brought car here. Mechanic jumped on repairs and charged a very fair price. Would highly recommend. Very pleased.

We were in a car accident on the last night of our vacation. The car was not drivable and we had to head home the next morning. Towing was prompt. After the tow truck left we realized the key to our other car was in the car just towed. I called Gulf Shores Service Center, a woman answered and I explained the situation. She radioed the driver and told us he would be there for 10 minutes. we were on foot and would not be able to get there. I explained our need to leave the next morning and asked if the drive could meet us in an hour. I was informed, Once the car is locked in we would not be able to get to the car until Monday. We were already shaken about the accident and car and trying to figure out how to get two car loads into one car. As I got upset, saying this wasn't going to work and we needed the key and this was not a positive customer experience. The woman told me to shut the *uck up and call someone else and hung up.
