Low air in my left rear tire light. Took my car to Sweat asked them to check it. They took my tire of, looked for a nail, then checked Bobbies in water. They didn't find anything wrong. Put my tire back on and charged me nothing!
We waited for 2 hrs and it didnt seem busy. Employees ran in and out of shop alot for seemingly no reason. They did finally fix the tire. Nice folks.
I give Sweat Tire a 5-star rating due to the fact that I work there we serve the public well in the shop and on the road we also have a great staff in the office and I wouldn't trade my boss Dewayne Hayes and Carmen Hayes are any other boss in the world
In automotive work you get it two of three ways but never all 3 or they are overstretched. I needed it fast and right, I got it cheap and right but I suggest calling just before you go. I am typing this from my RV with a blown tire they checked before I left for adventure but to their credit the tire they said was bad and needed to be updated on returning is the shredded one
These guys are awesome! We couldn't get my car fixed on Saturday during holiday weekend. I had to have it towed to the Loxley location in the middle of the night and just couldn't have been a worse start to my vacation. I was stuck out of state, without a vehicle. The owner of the Robertsdale location, along with and especially Al, really went out of their way to help me in every way possible, getting a rental car and I just don't know what I would have done without them. They are servicing my car in Loxley now, and will be keeping me posted from 6 hours away. I would never have wished this to happen but since it did, I'm glad it happened near Sweat Tire!
Got a tire problem these guys are on the ball they come to you they are honest quick and keep your safety in mind
Ever since I got new management the places went down/ especially after Hollis retired
Great service. Nice workers. They are fast and efficient
They don't stand behind their work. Bought a tire there it started going down they said it didn't have a warranty on it and it was a new tire. Shouldn't have went down
While traveling home from vacation, we had some tire troubles & stopped here. Friendliest staff & really worked to please the customer.
Everyone in the office was awesome, the mechanic I was working with was awesome . The reason I am giving one star is because there was one man in general who was very very rude and basically told me that they didn't want to bother with my car and that what the actual mechanic was telling me was a lie. I brought my vehicle to them cause I trusted they could fix it, and I was willing to let them do whatever needed to be done just so it would be fixed. After his rude comments I decided to take my car elsewhere.
Great bunch of people. They got our truck in quick, fixed everything, they call if they find anything else before fixing. If you need your vehicle fixed or just need tires. I would highly recommend Sweat Tire!
Today on 10/14/2016 I called and asked Sweat Tire in Robertsdale if they changed transmission fluid. The man on the telephone asked me what type of car that I had. I told him that I had a 2002 Buick Century with 94,000 miles on it. He told me that he didn't want to be bothered with it under any circumstances. I guess my money is a real bother to this company. I guess I will take my money and spend it elsewhere. Please don't bother them because they don't want to be bothered with you. After all, they are not the only game in town. I gave them a Star because I couldn't post with out giving them a star. It is not like they deserve this star. I would also like to add that a year ago, I had spend $800.00 on tires for my sisters car. I wish I knew that they didn't like business, and I would have gone elsewhere.
