I have been coming here for years and it is always an absolute pleasure! They are professional, polite, and always do outstanding work! There are a lot of places that do lashes now but none of them compare to blink! Samantha is an amazing artist does fantastic work and always has great conversation!

I took the Lash extension class here. I'm giving 3 stars because it could have been so much better. I thought I was making an investment in myself but I was wrong. They don't use a magnify glass to properly see the lashes and get accurate application. I paid $1000 for a piece of paper

Hate to give 1 star reviews I rarely do this but when it's warranted, I feel as though I have to Here it goes
FAILED LASH APPLICATION: So I wanted to try out lash extensions for the first time and I picked Blink since it is so close to my home and they had a nice promotional party with food and wine where I bought a certificate for $150 for a mid-range set (there are 3 levels of thickness, fullness) which is $50 off.
I came to my appointment and after an hour they could not put lashes on because they stuck together and didn't look right. I was dissappointed but I understood. I have no issue with that.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: What I have an issue with is how it was handled. The girl who tried to put the lashes on basically blamed it on me saying it is my fault. Even if my lashes are not right for extensions you can tell me nicely and everyone will be happy. I know it's not the end of the world not being able to get lash extensions.
The kicker was that I sold this gift certifcate to my friend after I called the office to ask if I can transfer this to another customer and they said yes but it could not be applied to their membership autopay program. I sold it to my friend who has been going here for 2 years and has spent a LOT here to maintain her lashes. When she goes to redeem it they only give her the lowest set of lashes ($150) instead of the mid-range that the certificate was for!!
I might have stayed with boutique for other services but I cannot condone such practicies. They have just lost 2 customers, one being a very valuable long term customer. This is not a way to build a business.

I am a twice a week regular at both their locations and highly recommend Jen and Kimmie. I no longer have a need for mascara and love my extensions. Purchase a bi monthly plan after you first visit and you will be forever thankful that you did! They are extremely professional as this is their specialty; they concentrate on doing this one thing with great care and expertise. The owners are onsite and mentor their employees
because they are owner operators; which I appreciate.

These ladies are the best! I've seen Janelle and Jen the past 3 years for my eyelash extensions and they have done the best and superior quality. These girls are meticulous and thorough. They have a membership option which allows one to maintain their lashes at an affordable rate. They only do eyelash extensions so you know you are going to the best :)

I just went to Blink Lash Boutique last week for the first time and my lashes look better than I ever expected! I had no idea they would be so thick and full but still be able to look this natural. I've seen other people with eyelash extensions, but they always look clumpy or kind of messy. I even had my makeup done at Nordstrom for Christmas Eve and the girl could not even tell that they were not my real lashes. I will definitely be going back to maintain these. Not wearing mascara is the best!
