seriously? you really wanna make your customer feels this bad? 9 mins late poicy with realy rude front desk lady. I came just Nine mins late because my meeting. no one tells me about it. Looks like I owe you money. I have never heard of this policy before in any other locations. wont be here anymore.

Maggie was super nice and did a great job on my eyebrows! Service was great both at the front desk and with Maggie. I did not have to wait long in the lobby and the front desk was very friendly. The overall experience was excellent!!!!

I have been coming here for almost two years and have truly enjoyed my experience. Maggie is absolutely wonderful. I like what I like and she has always been accommodating. Definitely come here!

I've been coming into EWC for over a year with Lisa as my esthetician. The staff is friendly and professional. Lisa is a sweetheart and makes me feel comfortable. She gives me the best wax and fast!
