Don't visit this salon A very close friend went in and was dissatisfied with the service that she received and asked to stop and pay for what was done and the owner was rude and unprofessional, and physically assulted and threated her untill the police came. Dont trust the people here and find a better place

Owner PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED my wife. She had to call the police on him and file a report. DON'T GO THERE!! Here's the story. She was in there all by herself with the Nail Tech and the owner. The Nail Tech was brand new and has no skill whatsoever. After more than an hour trying to fix his botched nail job the owner stepped in and suggested he fix it. It was beyond repair and my wife had to get going. She said let me pay for it now and if anything I'll come back later to get it fixed. She got up from the chair and the Owner physically grabbed her arm and forcefully pulled her back down and told her she's not leaving. At this point my wife was terrified. I can't do anything because I'm deployed. The owner refused to let her leave so she calls the cops. DO NOT GO HERE!! This place deserves to get shut down. The cop even said they have had a few reports about this same establishment. For anyone to be in fear for their life at a nail salon is pretty messed up. You've been warned, THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE.

I liked them the first couple of times but this last time the guy called me fat while going my pedicure (I'm 7 months pregnant) and when I asked him to repeat himself he just laughed, the other worker went out side to smoke and then came right in and started a conversation with the guy doing my nails very close to me blowing his smoke breath in my face. The owner ordered food from next door and was very rude and disrespectful to the person who brought it over, which I didn't appreciate for that poor girl. Maybe it was a bad day.

From the time I walked in til walked out, the service was absolutely without a doubt the best nail salon I've been to.

I went in for a Mani (full set) Pedi and wax. I went straight to the Pedi seats. Right as I sat in the chair the girl turned on the massage chair started water for the spa and grabbed me a bottle of water.

It was to discuss what I wanted done. The girl looked at my nails, under my feet and my face.

She then recommended that because I had good nails and healthy long ones, that I do not need a full set and instead should just clean up and do the gel.

My feet were so bad and the layer of dry skin was an inch thickno kidding. She recommended the Venetian?? It includes massage, scaling and warm towels. This was 45 mins massage and it felt so good I nearly fell asleep. By the time it was done, the inch of dead skin was completely gone and my feet were as smooth as a baby's bottom.

Waxing was normal until I got a facial with it. Felt great! What more can I say! This place is definitely where will be visiting every month. It's worth it!!!

My mom and I went in for pedicures while she was in town visiting. Super impressed with Eric and his staff. Everyone was very professional and the pedicures were amazing. They use great quality products and do good work. Eric was a pleasure to chat with and I will definitely be going back when in need of a pedicure or manicure.

Love it! My new fav nail spot I've been to a couple nail salons in 29 palms but I finally found the right one ! The staff is so kind! And put a lot of effort into there work ! Eric u believe his name is the manger and double .. Triple checked to make sure I was satisfied the whole time ! I would totally recommend them ! The over all appearance of the salon is nice and updated as well only thing is they could use a larger variety of colors. Me doing my nails every 2 weeks might run out of colors but over all great experience !
