Amazon g food and staff. Eaten hear twice and have yet to have a bad meal! Eat here for fresh local seafood.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I come here, I usually order either the Croque Madame or the Carbonara, but I have also tried their hamburgers, and EVERYTHING here is superb, I highly recommend if you are hungry to check this place out. Indoor and outdoor seating. I love this place, love the owners and the people that run this place, love the staff. Definitely a to do on Duval when you are hungry, or thirsty-love their 2 for 1 Mimosas that they fresh squeeze the oranges themselves every morning!

Love the salmon and goat cheese omlette. I make a point of coming here every trip to Key West for this dish alone. Friendly staff and atmosphere.

Very calm but upscale atmosphere with great food and great service. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive, and helped us pick out a wonderful light dinner.

Very good. My son and I had the Blackfin Burgers. They had a sunny side up egg on top first time we have ever eaten a burger that way. Very good.

This place is a must!!! NYC vibe, upscale and servers are out of this world; right next to the food! Diego is an amazing server! Definitely gives the 4seasons/Ritz Carlton type of service! Also, I over heard another person raving how the burger she had was the best she's ever had! Bottom line, give it a try!

Great food. Seems they are busy quite often but never had a long wait to be seated when walking in from street. Small cozy dining area with small bar. Always ordered the fresh catch of day & has been excellent in preparation & presentation. Personally i place more value on food freshness & taste over how food is plated but they have everything covered. Wait time for all food (appetizers, main course, & dessert) took a little longer than some places which we thought was fine. Gave ample time to finish each course without feeling of being rushed. Prices are not cheap but they are about right for the quality of the meal we received.
Last trip to KW this place had best Key Lime Pie out of seven places we sampled.response / report this review -

One of the best meals I've had anywhere. I had the specials of lobster bisque and then a scallop and shrimp dish. Both were delicious. My partner had the pork chops as he isn't as big a seafood eater as I am. The pork chops were out of this world. Not something I thought I would be saying. Blackfin also have a great wine list, and offered two wonderful selections paired to our food. Great service, wonderful food, and the atmosphere is perfect for a group, or a romantic evening for two.

We ate at the Blackfin earlier this week, we found the whole experience a delight. The staff were friendly, professional and worked in harmony with one another. The menu itself, offered a range of dishes for different diets, and also didn't break the bank. Would visit this place again most definitely.

Be warned My Wife and I are locals and we decided to try some restaurants we never been to in town. The food was good enough but the waiter suggested the "evening special chardonnay" without mentioning it was the most expensive glass in town, $16/ glass. We had 3 glasses between us. When the check came the wine cost more than the dinners. We complained and he told us to "get out of here!!" We got out for ever. We have dinned all over this town and in the most upscale places we never so much for a glass of common wine.

My family and I ate at Blackfin Bistro last night and we were not impressed with the food. Our server was wonderful and the salads were really good. The regular entrees and appetizers were warm/cold. The seasoning was bland. Also, my husband asked if he can substitute mashed potatoes instead of french fries and the chef said no, he was able to get green beans instead. Not sure what that was about. Also, my uncle ordered a fish and he sent it back because it tasted too much like mayo. My mom ordered chicken wings that were supposed to be "even roasted." They were clearly fried and they threw some ready made sauce on it. We are locals and go to a lot of restaurants and was surprised that this wasn't good. I heard some good reviews, but our experience wasn't good.
