Looks great after the remodel. Service was fast and food was good.

Biscuitville does some good work. Their food actually tastes like real food and isn't overly greasy. I like the turkey sausage muffin or just an egg and cheese muffin. You must get their fries- they give you so many! The staff is always nice and if you have your dog in the car with you, you often get a free doggy biscuit thrown in for free!

The absolute worst breakfast I've ever had . My wife even ordered a English muffin and they never asked her white or wheat . It was wheat and she doesn't like wheat so she asked for a refund because they don't have white ,it was 1.50 they only refunded .50 cent this was my first and definitely my last vist

We always order biscuits for our staff meetings from this place. We only have 5 people, so I don't see why we always have to wait 5-7 mins for biscuits. Every time I come through the drive thru and order chicken biscuits, whether it be 2 or 5, I'm always left waiting on chicken to be cooked! During breakfast hours, why do they not keep chicken biscuits? Also, the staff isn't very friendly. They seem to get "aggravated" when I order that many and they have to take the time to actually put the order together. The food is ok but if it wasn't for my boss liking this place for some reason, I wouldn't choose it! Also, when they say “it’ll be about 4 mins,” they mean 8-10!!!

1st time eating at Biscuitville. Best bacon,egg, and cheese biscuit I EVER at!!! For sure going back soon to eat!

I would eat here sometimes very early in the morning during the summers and always enjoyed my experience. Never a long line, food was accurate and hot, and the staff was friendly. I always love how Biscuitville has potato wedges which makes breakfast so much better!

This is by far the worst, they never get the order right and always leave something out, today it was a $6 platter, and when i say something about it I get nothing but attitude. Poor management, poor communication, the dang orders are right there on the screen people.

Clerk did not know they didn't have real butter. Manager was dismissive and told me if I didn't like it I should write Biscuitville. I had sausage platter with grits. My wife ordered scrambled eggs and got portion about the size of a half dollar. Soft drink machine not working. Food cold. We are traveling and were pleased to see Biscuitville near our hotel, as there is not a location near our home. Won't be stopping at Mt. Airy location again.
