I love going here to get my nails done! They are so friendly and my nails always look great. I never have to wait long. This is my favorite place to go!

I love HARMONY. I am so glad I've found this salon. They take their time and everyone is an experienced professional. The atmosphere is relaxing and they also have every color of SNS you could want. If your looking for a modern nail salon hip on the current shapes and styles then this is the place.

The salon is beautiful on the inside and very clean. The staff are very friendly, take their time, and provide excellent customer service. Definitely my go to nail spot!

Landon is amazing! Owners are awesome! Everyone in the spa is very friendly and they do the best pedicures! Top notch! Cleanest nail spa I’ve ever been in. Been going here for years. If your looking for a great place to relax then this is the place to go!

Absolutely love coming here for both my pedicures and manicures!! The atmosphere is relaxing. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond with their hot towels, complimentary drinks and relaxing massages!! As a nurse, cleanliness is very important to me and Harmony Nails is the best when it comes to this. They treat my daughter as special as they treat their adult clients. I have been coming here for years and will continue to come here for all of my services!

Landon (a manicurist here) is an absolute perfectionist, and I love it! The nail salon itself is a clean and soothing environment, but the artistry is what's important, and they do an excellent job! I came in with a Google image and a request that Landon make my nails as close to it as possible. I ended up loving what he did even more! Great service and an overall satisfying experience :) 5 stars.

I live in Wallburg and drive out of my way to go to Harmony Nails. They actual treat customers as if they matter. I have never had a chip or a break since I began going there.perfect nails every time.

It was a rainy day in Winston when I decided to stop in Harmony Nails. The staff greeted me kindly as soon as I walked in. Nancy did my pedicure and she was very kind and helpful. Even though it was raining outside the employees hearts were filled with sunshine. I highly recommend this place and I will be back again on another rainy day ;-)

Was in town visiting family and wanted to get nails done for the new year. They were close to where i was staying. I walked in was told to come back in a hour. The technician was ready when I returned. Very nice atmosphere, relaxing music. Clean. I didn't see a tv, which was fine. I saw a lady getting a pedi, full service. I like the idea they used plastic lining in the foot spa. Also think I heard a beverage being offered. First time, no complaints. When I'm back in the area, next time will be mani and pedi. Did a good job on my nails, gel $25
