  All the ladies are awesome at Steel Roots are excellent. Courtney helped correct a DIY disaster cut and color for me and was super friendly and helpful. Heather has helped me get my hair platinum blonde and maintain it and she is excellent at stacked bob cuts.

  Probably the worst haircut I ever got. I went in at 4 to get mine and my son's haircut. I was told it would be $18 a piece..my son is only 12. I said that's fine how long will the wait be. The lady told me that she had an appointment at 5 she could try to get one of us done now. I told her I would like a haircut and a beard trim my hair is a disaster with long spots in the back and looks like a bowl cut after I asked for a fade. When it came time for my beard she said that they don't really have the tools to do a beard trim. Why would you not tell me that before I sit down. When I was done it was about 5:40 and I was told my son would have to come back at 6:30 or maybe the next day

  Love my color! Tina is a gem! Always professional! Always accomodating! Always getting compliments on my hair color! Thanks, Tina! YOU are fantastic! All stylists are Great and smart! They know their stuff! Taught by the best!

  Courtney and Tina are the only stylist I've used in the past 9 months. I had a cut and color on each occasion..I was well pleased. They're very sweet ladies.

  Love my new haircut! Heather is awesome. She took the time to consult with me and understand what I wanted done. Was charged a fair price too. Salon was clean and well organized. Will be back soon for a shapeup!

  I have been with Tina for probably10+ years. The first time we saw her, she worked my husband in for a haircut for his mother's funeral. Our hairdresser at the time was too busy to help him at short notice even though we had been customers for years. I called Tina yesterday with a similar requestno problemshe found the time to work me in. Tina is a genuinely caring person, who strongly supports relatives, friends, and customers who are in need. She has held more than one fundraiser and campaigns to help the needy. Oh, and by the way, her coloring talents are nonpareil as well as her other talents with hair. Linda
