Caution.
I bought a product in September I did not receive until today.
You have sent the wrong address if you refuse to return the money or resolve the problem by filing a complaint with UPS. a commodity of value was thrown on the porch, only of a building that does not have. When requesting proof of delivery told me that it has no obligation. The shipping address does not exist. He sent a link of the maps but was not careful to see that the property of the photo sent was a business with a number different from my address and also the wrong address he sent.
Complete neglect with client.
It took more than 60 days to send and then this problem.
Be very careful with this store.

Good company and people. At first I had a little issue with shipping. Paid for 5 day shipping and found out it was a 5 day process period from monster clutch then up to 5 day shipping. After I figured that out I was not happy I paid $50 for 5 day shipping so I called to cancel. Eli or Eric (can't remember) he was very friendly and went out of his way to make it right.( Way out of his way) So just wanted to say thanks for a good customer service experience after I was already irritated and thanks Ryan for your help. I will return in the near future.( Need a blower)

Just got off the phone with them, very helpful advice on building if your unsure, and they offer a great warranty and product if you buy with them. Very helpful.

Became a team tick member for 55 dollars , everything is so over priced that after the 35-50% discount I can still get my lsx parts cheaper at out local hires speed shop. Everything the sell you can get cheaper so don't be scammed by these idiots

Tick performance is a great company and I have always received great products and customer service from them. But after purchasing over $2000 in parts and having them for more than 60 days I cannot return them for anything other than store credit. I am leaving the country so store credit does me no good. Being as awesome of a company as tick performance is I would think they would have a better way of handling this.
