Horrible service. The store didn't have what I wanted to try on and the sales person didn't offer to order it for me. I will not return and I hope this place goes out of business.
I went ready to purchase my shoes and older lady said she only had 2 pairs of shoe in size 7 that I liked and asked her nicely if she could order -- she answered no no I cannot order them cause this was a limited amount of shoes they made and was unable to order -- soo I can came home and ordered them online ! Soo if I could order why couldn't she do for me? Isn't that what working and customer service is all about trying every effort to help the customer that is willing to pay over $ 200.00 for a pair of shoes! I really think she needs to retire if she doesn't like to work or help Hispanic customers! It was a horrible experience with her it took all the white people to leave that she was conversating with and nothing about work it was about making sure she had gas in her car -- for her to finally ask if she could help me.
Great service and selection
A great selections of comfortable shoes. You can find Naot, Birkenstock, Dansko and other top brands that are more concerned with excellent fit, comfort, & walking. I bought some Dansko sandals at a great sale price. I'll be back.
Have a wide variety of comfortable walking shoes for women and men.
If you are looking for the right pair of shoes talk to Daryl. He is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. He analyzed my gait, asked me questions about my walking/work habits and picked out the best pair of shoes. (NAOT). He sincerely seemed interested in my satisfaction, and not just making money. During one of my visit, he fixed the pair of shoes I was wearing. If only he was single
Great selection and helpful employees
Unbelievable!!! Purchased “comfortable” shoes for a vacation after being fitted and trying on several pairs of shoes. The salesperson highly recommended this brand, etc. I wore them for about 4 hours due to pain and numbness in the toe area. I tried to return them for an exchange. NIKE, New Balance, Dillard’s, Pennys and many other stores work with their customers. Not this store. The salesperson said to “rub some alcohol on the shoes and wear them to try to stretch them out” they refused to exchange or refund my money.
