Scheduled an appointment for diagnose and repair for burnt wiring to headlights. As I assumed they advised wiring would need to be replaced along with both headlight assemblies. The grand total would be over $800. I thought to myself wow that's insane just for headlights. I decided to try and fix this myself. I went to the local Oreillys auto store and bought a box of butt connectors, lighter, and 2 new headlight sockets. I cut the old, burnt sockets and spliced in new sockets to existing wiring. I used the butt connectors to seal with gel the splice I made. No issues since then and that's been around a month. My advice for anyone who doesn't have a lot of money is to research a solution to the problem online via forums.

Beware. I bought a brand new truck in December and it’s still under warranty, obviously. Daniel the service manager is a complete snake. Supports dishonesty on his service drive. Extremely rude. Told me that I was basically out of luck since I didn’t buy the truck from them. I paid cash for my truck and expect it to operate properly.

Mark the service writer lied right to my face on two occasions. Daniel didn’t care and even took up for him—before I could even finish explaining the situation. They didn’t fix my truck and claimed there was nothing they could do because there was a “service bulletin” on the truck, which is a bold faced lie. There is no bulletin on the truck related to the issues I brought it in for.

Under GM warranty, you are entitled to a car to drive. Don’t let them tell you any different, they are lying. Call the GM owner center if you don’t believe me. They have a deal with Enterprise where GM will pay for it, but Daniel just made up some erroneous rules claiming they will only pay for 3 days, etc. Just more of the run around and more lies.

In addition to not fixing anything I brought it in for after keeping it for 6 days, they even had the audacity to take my spare keys out of my glove box. So they had both sets of my keys and didn’t return one. I called Mark to setup another appointment to fix what they didn’t and he casually says “are you looking for keys?”. What a joke! Really? Replacement keys are hundreds of dollars. No regard for the customer at all.

I highly suggest the dealership manager contacts me before this escalates even further. Game on, gentlemen.

This is a great place to purchase your vehicle. The staff treats you like family and they have top of the line vehicles new and used at competitive prices. I would definitely give this establishment a big thumbs up!

I have started having my Buick Enclave serviced at Bill Cramer Buick. The car was purchased in the Atlanta area but after taking the car in for service at Bill Cramer Buick, I no longer have it serviced in Atlanta. When its time for an oil change or other service it means I get another trip to the beach.

Excellent service people with a comfortable waiting room. When they are working on my car, they let me know the progress and when to expect the car to be ready.

I will be heading to Bill Cramer for an oil change and tire rotation shortly since I am now down to 25%.

I don't think there is as much emphasis on the price you pay for a car today as there was a decade ago. Today, we all know about what a car is worth, and that makes negotiations easier. I think they realized this at Bill Cramer, and focus more heavily on customer service and support for you after you purchase your vehicle. We had a fantastic experience with them and will use again.

Visited the Express Lube for the umpteenth time but was greeted really brash. I was made to feel as if though I needed an appointment to be there on a Saturday morning. The young man should have just asked for my name then looked to see if I had an appointment. But don't make a customer feel as if they need to have an appointment. Other than this less than COURTEOUS reception the work is always OUTSTANDING

My wife and daughter were visiting this week when their Volt had a flat. The car was towed to your dealership that evening. The next day it took more than a half day for the service department to figure out they had the car. Then promises of taking a look and "getting right back to you". Only once did they actually get a call back within the hour. A new set of tires were ordered and they waited for an update. The following morning there was a voicemail at 7:45 that all was good and the car would be ready early afternoon. At 1:00 pm, when they now don't have a hotel room any more, the call is, "let me see if the tires came on today's truck." At 1:40 was another "I'll call you right back." At 3:30 they finally left.

We have purchased at least 6 cars in the last decade from our local Chevy dealer. We plan on living in PCB in the next year but if this is typical I will trade off our two Volts (one of them came from your dealership originally and I bought it off of auction here) for anything else so we don't have to use your service department. I'm not trying to be an ass but when you know you have two ladies on the rail you should be stepping up to do anything you can to make them safe, comfortable, and valued.

We went in to get a car remote reprogrammed. Quoted a different price than what was told in the store for three remotes. Instead, we could only afford 1 remote. Quoted 30 minutes to get it done. I took off work for an hour and 30 minutes because "it's tough around lunch time". But we had an appointment at 12pm! Sally at the front desk just shrugged when we asked how much longer it would be. The only person who apologized or anything was Jackie. Never will we be back for any Chevy related issues with any of our vehicles.

I probably received the worst service I have ever received at a dealership from Bill Cramer GMC Chevrolet. I took my car there after an oil change place messed up my engine do to not putting oil in it and I felt like I should go to the dealership because I felt like they would take care of my issue and boy was I wrong they completely disregarded my concerns regarding my vehicle. They kept my vehicle for nearly two weeks and I had to call my extended warranty my self and call them on 3way to find out information that they should have been taking care of. Scott and his manager gave me the worst customer service I have ever had!!

Tracey Haas at the Express Service Department was professional and supportive with getting my vehicle serviced timely and to my complete satisfaction. This was my first time using the Express Service and even with the great support Billy Donn has given me during previous visits this service trip was better than I ever expected. Thank you all and Mr. Creamer for building a great staff. I have managed under the principles of Enable, Empower and Hold Accountable if you expect results, This dealership has met the mark.

Jackie Griffin was hilarious!!! Matt Richardson is the Manager for a reason. Dwight Samples is the best service advisor/ human I have come across and I've been in the business for 12yrs! Unreal professional, the updates were as promised, my vehicle was taken cared of, detailed, and overall the best experiences ever. My 2015 had an issue while traveling from San Antonio to Jupiter Florida. Onstar/GM was outstanding. Then, Bill Cramer showed what a real dealership does to take care of a customer in a difficult time. Red carpet service all around. A place I would love to work for! Thank you so much!!!

I've been doing business with Cramer GM (originally Tommy Thomas) since 1981. All my vehicles have been purchased and serviced there since moving to Panama City on my Air Force assignment. The people are friendly and very professional. Never had a bad experience and I'm sure I never will. The new Express Lube department is a great addition and very comfortable. Keep up the great work.
