Everything is great about this place from the play ground at the food court to the variety of stores and activities for kids to do. Except for the borderline harassment you receive from a small number of pop up sellers that are in the middle of the walk ways. Drives me crazy! But it's worth it

Major department stores such as JC Penney and chains like Shoe Dept. seem to stay constant. Smaller chains and locally owned retailers don't seem to stay long. Small niche retailers (cell phone accessories, beauty products, etc) operate from stands and frequently attempt to attract customers by stopping you as you walk. Food court offers a small variety of fast serve options, including Chick-fil-a, pizza, Asian (fast food Japanese, Chinese, and Thai), with some restaurants closing after brief stints. Several years ago, mall management implemented a "youth escort policy" that significantly lowered foot traffic in the food court, some stores, and the second-run (aka value price) movie theater. A small playground is available in the middle of the food court for children 42" or under (ie, toddlers and preschoolers). $1 and up "massage" chairs are offered elsewhere. Parking is readily available. Extended hours are offered during the Christmas season. A number of stores are vacant. Typically pictures with Santa, the Easter Bunny, etc, are offered center court. It's an aging venue, but is generally kept clean, and security will walk shoppers to their cars, especially during busier holiday shopping.

Compared to big city malls this one is quite small. They have lost a fair amount of big name stores like Hot Topic and World Market to Pier Park on the beach. The mall is fairly clean but not much has changed over the past decade. The parking lot is full of potholes and needs to be repaved.

This mall needs to be knocked down and replaced with a modern mall. So 80s, with lots of stores that don't belong in a mall at all. Pitiful.

Nice place for indoor walk. Fun stuff for kids. Traditional mall stores still open. Obvious security patrols & kept pretty clean.

I personally thought it would be more lively and with more stores and food options. I enjoyed that it was inside but Pier park was a better shopping experience.

It's 's decent mall. It's not the talahassee mall but it's has a decent amount to do and the surrounding food is good.

It is what it is. It's old. The new is Pier Park. I still like the Panama City Mall, however I don't shop there. Also the crime is higher in town verses the Beach..

Nice place to spend a little time. Lots to see and do. Ice cream stand has good ice cream only $3. Cup is small but he gave me a free refill. Love this mall.

Pretty much everything here is over priced. Their food court is ok at best you have a few selections to choose from, chicken,pizza,burgers,Mexican and Asian. The only good thing in the mall is the movie theater which you can catch a flick for cheap. Bathrooms are far and few.

Nice mall. Not too crowded and movie theatre great there. I go all the time to.this mall. Inside so when it rains or it is hot, I am.inside. and kids play area!

It's a pretty nice place to kill some time in but, the food court is outright nasty and the selection of stores is average at best. There is nothing in the mall that you can't get online with better selection. It isn't the worst mall I've seen but, it certainly could do a lot better. To sum it up, the PC Mall could just stand to try harder.

Went to the mall to go to game stop to trade a phone, the guy working in there did not acknowledge us. Then he talked on the phone the entire time we were in there, so we walked out. Should have known, that's how we were treated the last time we went in there. Then went to the pretzel place in the food court, bad experience there too. Rude young guys being smart asses working there so I said forget it..I don't want a pretzel! We left the mall. The mall has some of the rudest people working for them, poor customer service, and the stores that are left are terrible.

Not as crowded and pleasant place. Very nice worker's . Clean and a fully covered mall. No worries about the weather. No worries, security inside and outside. Not as big of a mall , as most. Food court available inside. Theaters with the cheapest older movie's available. Plenty of parking. Many stores to go to.
