I purchased a bike here last month. The people that work there are super helpful and made me feel entirely comfortable even though I'm a total newbie. Owen even helped me make sure I put the bike on my car rack correctly. I would 100% recommend them.

Didn't end up renting from them because they were situated too far from the trail, but they called up a different bicycle rental less than a mile away and arranged new bikes for us!! What service and altruism!!!

I have purchased 6 bicycles and countless accessories from Bikeway in Wappingers. They have a great selection of bikes and gear, a knowledgeable staff, and quick turnaround on repairs.

This is based on two experiences. Both times I received excellent and attentive service. Both were for minor adjustment issues. And one time they didn't even charge me. Where can you get that? I will use these guys again. If I have a more complicated interaction and it doesn't rate- I will update.

As a novice rider and a customer service guru I could not agree with the review I just read. I was referred to this bike shop by a friend of mine and he was dead on with the level of experience that just flows through that building. Being in sales you kinda know when someone is just giving you the pitch and when someone is truly sincere. Looking forward to my next purchase!
