Joshua, Rick, Bandon, Dan, & everyone else we had contact with, completely turned around my opinion of what Toyota Dealership's really were. Highly recommend this location. NOT ALL DEALERSHIPS ARE THE SAME!!! If this location currently isn't your servicing dealership, and you hate your dealership experienceyou need to switch! Wish we would have come hear first, but we were messing with superstition springs, thinking we had no choice.

Great dealership. I had some concerns about my vehicle and brought it in to be looked at and although there was nothing found at the time, I do appreciate the time and care given by the team. Dan in the service department was wonderful; he called and gave me updates throughout the day as they worked on my vehicle and was understanding in me taking time to get back to them as I was working. Jason Briggs was also great in ensuring I was given a 5 star customer experience. I especially loved the ease of dropping off my rental and picking up my vehicle; it took maybe 5 minutes of my time.

Manicures, massage, Famous Dave's BBQ, lounge, test drive car overnight. Excellent experience. I bought my car from Earnhardt Cadillac and they don't compare to Big Two Toyota. No stress, pampered, etc. Best car buying experience ever! Monty is the man to see!

Ive been trying to talk to anyone from the service dept. for a week, i had to drive there to talk to service ( All times of the day Everyone from service is busy), I left countless messages, Finally talked to someone else about my appointment tomorrow because my "service rep" was to busy. Big two Toyota service dept. is always to busy to answer a phone and rearly return calls. The only way is to press one for sales, they always answer then ask to talk to a service manager but don't let them transfer you or the cycle repeats itself.

I brought my car in for Takata airbag recall back in January 2017 I got it back in Sept 2017. Took them about 8 months to get it fixed. When I got my car back, the paint job is ruined because it's been exposed to Arizona summer sun for 8 months (over 110 degree). Big Two Toyota won't fix the paint job because the paint job is not by Toyota. I did not know my car's paint is not by Toyota either. I had the car for more than 3 years and never have this paint related issue because we have garage door and use the car moderately. the reason this issue happened is due to Big Two Toyota took a long time to fix the airbag. My mindset on this problem is "you bring your car in, you expect it back the same or better!" I feel wronged when dealership came up with excuse for not fixing the problem.

Arrived on 9/21 for scheduled maintenance, while waiting I browsed the showroom, a sales associate asked if I need help, I said sure you can tell the boys in back to hurry up and finish my oil change, associate then said let's just get you a new car instead, I said no thanks I have a pretty new 2016 Corolla, the associate then said wow I'm sorry you bought the 2016, there not near as good as the 2017. This associate did a really nice job degrading his own product that I am confident he would be happy to sell me off the used lot!!

We just bought another vehicle here and STILL super happy with how they treat us. We came in and worked with Sha the salesman! He is fantastic! He knows his cars, honest, and always works wonders for you. He goes above and beyond and never makes you feel left out when it comes to the knowledge in purchasing the vehicle of your choice. We would also like to thank one of the managers Todd for being amazing and making sure we are happy and get all the help we need. Finance department, Jeff Johnson is superb. He is so nice and makes sure we get the best rates possible when doing the final paperwork and numbers. I am so thankful to work with the best team! Very happy with our new Toyota Highlander! I am definitely sending any friends and family their way! Oh and PS they feed you here! And if you're lucky they get you tickets to the spa or massage! :)

Bought my brand new Toyota car at Tempe Toyota. Just had my first 5k miles serviceThe Service co ordinator specifically asked if I would like to "rinsed my car" after the service, why not? I waited at the lounge area. ONLY Bottle water and fruits were complimentary.

SO disappointed when I picked up my car, there were water dots on my wind shield, front and back, nothing has been cleaned.

We had another new car brought into Tempe Toyota for service, every time it was SHINNING clean when we picked it up. There were FREE donuts/bagels in the lounge and that's the Difference!!! HUGE Difference!!!

Now we know why Tempe Toyota is WAY BETTER then Chandler Toyota.

The management team, you need to do something to make a Difference!!!!

I am not sure what is going on with Toyota Big Two but my experience there today was not goodI will Not be back. I have been there many times in the past and had excellent service before so I am not sure if they have a new service manager that is pushing for things that don't need to be done to your vehicle.Deal with these people at your own risk. I needed an oil change for my 2012 Toyota Tundra and decided to go in and get the 30,000 mile service because I had a $25 off coupon. I got the call a few hours later and they said my truck was way out of alignment which surprised me since it was driving fine. They told me I needed an alignment which I declined and they also stressed that I needed to flush my radiator for an additional $285. I declined both optionsmainly because I know the alignment was fine so it made me not trust the coolant flush. I just put on 4 new tires at Big O less than a month ago with a 4 wheel alignment. They also told me that I needed new spark plugs, Transmission flush, Power steering flush, fuel injection flush and Front and Rear Differential. Not really trusting them at this point and $1,500 on top of the $216 oil change.Anyway I took it right over to Big O and they put it on the alignment machine and told me that my alignment was finetwo pictures attached. The one not fine is a picture from Toyota telling me that I was way out of alignmentMy Big O guy said you can make the machine snap a picture while turning the wheel to make it look bad. I also had them do a test on the radiator and that was perfectly fine as well.Buyer beware of this dealership because something has changed for the worse here.

Buyer beware. I just moved to Gilbert from NYC and my boyfriend and I spent a lovely few hours with Joe at Big Two and finally we decided to purchase a new 2017 RAV4. We met with Steve who regaled us with tales of the integrity of the dealership and their long history of family ownership and honesty. We spoke with Joe that evening, arranged the color and make of the vehicle and agreed upon the monthly payments. We offered to return to the dealership to sign the paperwork that night, but Joe claimed it wasn't necessary (it was Sunday evening at 6p) and set up an appointment for us at 130pm the next day. We agreed since Joe was wonderful and we wanted to make sure he got credit for our business. He sent me the VIN number for the car so I could arrange my car insurance. Great. At 1230pm the following day (1 hour before we were scheduled to pick up the car), Joe calls to say he's very sorry, but someone has taken the keys off his desk and sold the car that was supposed to be mine. So he offers me the car in a different color, or I can pay an extra $250 to have a different car shipped from another dealer in the color that I want. Oh also, the price we agreed on yesterday just went up by $15 a month as the "only" available car has more features. Joe was very apologetic about all this, but no, there was nothing else he could do. And no, his manager Todd couldn't speak with us about it. And no, Steve who we spent 2 hours with yesterday, was also mysteriously unavailable. So we ended up buying our new RAV4 from Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa. They don't have a nail salon or a massage parlor, but they are honest and genuine and gave us a great deal on a new car.

Big Two Toyota was great when buying my 2017 Highlander. All the staff was excellent and very courteous, especially David "Griz" Griffin. They negotiated in good faith and didn't play games and waste my time. They delivered the car exactly as promised and within the time frame they predicted (I had to special order it). I usually HATE the car buying experience, but they actually made it enjoyable for me.

Your sales person needs to learn how to read people and when to back off. I was there getting my car serviced, walking around the showroom and just looking at the new models, killing time. A salesperson, by the name of Elizabeth I believe, approached me and asked if I liked the car. There is nothing wrong with that, but what happened next is the reason I will never return to Big Two Toyota. I proceeded to deny Elizabeth's offer of "testing out" the car I was looking at, and moved away to a different car. She left me alone for a minute, then came back up and started talking to me. I explained to her that I am having my car serviced and I am not shopping, just waiting. She proceeded to prod me with statements such as, "but wouldn't you like something with more power?" or "what if I offered you zero down?" while I continued to tell her, "No thanks, I'm not shopping." Any time I told her no and to stop, she would persist, which made me uncomfortable and annoyed. I decided to remove myself from the showroom, but not before Elizabeth gave me her business card with a final remark, "call me when you change your mind." Thanks, Elizabeth, but I wouldn't call you if you paid me.

Aside from that negative experience, the service was quick, pricing was about the same you'd get at any dealership and they do have extensive amenities for people who are waiting for their cars. I didn't use the massage parlor or barbershop but that's definitely something not a lot of dealerships have.

Maybe others will have entirely perfect experiences here, but for me personally, somewhere where the salespeople can't listen and make people feel uncomfortable is not where I will be taking my car for service. I'd rather drive across town to my original dealer.
