Best Community in East Mesa. The community has a lot of parks, trails and get together areas. It also has a lot of different activities for families, such as concerts.

Growing neighborhood. Great place to raise a family. Moved here Jan/2017 and love everything about it. Low HOA, frequent concerts, and food trucks. There is always an event going on or something to do.

Such a family friendly, clean, fun environment!!! Splash pad, pools, fun game room, big grass area, and even a little diner! I mean what more could you possibly need?!

If distance wasn't an issue, I would certainly move here! This place is amazing with a huge park that offers grass fields, jungle gyms for different ages, a splash pad, community pool, it's own preschool, a gym, you name it! There are about 10 or more different builders building detached town homes, small family homes, and large family homes. This area would be perfect for a going family.

The children enjoyed the well-made equipment and loved the splash-pad with its fun fountains lit with multicolored LED lamps.

We have only visited the splash pad in this community. It's got about 10-12 different sprayers and has a shade canopy and benches for the adults. My only complaint would be that the benches aren't in the shade and once almost all the sprayers weren't functioning. Other than that, it's been a great play place for me and my two year old.
