The crust was nice and crispy but the pizza was very average in my opinion. Sorry but it reminded me of frozen pizza from the grocery store. 😕

Wife went to pick up order. Gave her wrong order. Called and guy said not my fault bring it back I will give you yours. I said will be cold and old he says no. Not driving 10 minutes for exchange he hangs up on me. Never will buy from again. Your mistake not mine. Rude horrible customer service. Good luck staying open. If I could give negative rating I would as did nothing to accommodate. Shame on you. 11/30/2017 830 pm

Hands down the best pizza in Ohio, I've been going here at least once a week for 2 years now and they never disappoint. They cook your order right in front of you and use fresh ingredients. YOU MUST TRY THE NEW YORK SLICE WITH FRESH CHOPPED GARLIC! IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!!

Very good pizza. I can't understand the bad review that went there twice and never ordered pizza. It's a Pizza Shop! I'll bet their general tso's chicken leave's something to be desired - If the had it. For pizza, try this place.

Sandwich was very dry. Decided to give it another chance. Got fried shrimp and they were very dirty with poop all inside. Owner was very rude. I won't be ordering from this place again!

If you want a basic pizza (cheese, pepperoni, etc), this is my favorite in the area. Their calzones are better than the pizza if you want a more complex flavor. Their Greek food is probably the best thing they have.
Prices are good, but I don't remember the cost of anything in particular right now and they do not have a website or other means to check price besides calling in.
If I want a 'crazier' pizza I go elsewhere, but a lot of times simple fits the desire and I'll end up at Big Star.response / report this review -

I'm from Wadsworth, about 20 minutes away, and I wanted something different from the local places in town. Big Star had great reviews on Facebook and Yelp, so we gave it a shot. Smart move, it was some great pizza at a good price. The young man who took my order over the phone was polite, and he was very personable when I walked in for my pizza. It's worth the short drive to get some outstanding pizza. We will be back.
