Check out staff are like deer in a headlight with a clueless stare & zero personality. No friendly greeting. Just a stare into outer space like they can't wait till their shift is over. They don't even offer a bag for my purchase, or a goodbye. Must be an Illinois thang. Next time I'll drive all the way to Bloomington rather than shop here again.

I was just at the Pontiac store. It was not a good visit. I couldn't find what I was looking for, I asked a sales assoiciate where I could find it. She replied in the middle of the store. I asked her if she could explain a little better, she said no it is in the middle of the store by the fertilizer. As I didn't know where the fertilier was, that was of absolutely no help. I did however find what I was looking for at the end of one of the aisles. It was marked $3.99. I got it and took a $5 bill out to pay for it. When it rang up it came to $5.35. I told the cashier that it was marked as $3.99, she said nope! It's $5.35. Even at Walmart they will do a price check. I don't believe I will be going back there.
