Small place, but friendly neighbors and great view of lake. There are fishing piers, boat piers, and laundry room. The only thing is trash cans. You have to walk near the road to throw your trash; usually full. It's a great place to be in. The stores are across the road. By the way, DO NOT GET IN THE LAKE! There are alligators of course!

I stayed here with my family. The first day I arrived it was nice. I returned after Christmas vacation to find all my stuff gone through and I was told I was moving from my original rental we agreed apon . So I reluctantly did. Moving into a camper they provider for 200.00 a week. I rarely had lights because the battery would die. The water had so much bleach that it bleached our clothes. This includes the water you shower in. It burnt our eyes. My daughter cried for almost an hour one night. I believe all this was done to cover up the feces smell that covered the camp ground some days. I just hope their properly disposing of the raw sewage. Several of the older people Thanked me for addressing this issue. My wife done a sex offender search and they had one residing in the park and he still does. They seem to have no problem with that even though one of his charges was children pornagraphy. I find that very disturbing. Then the last day/night we were there we told them we were leaving. They came and and inspected the camper. They were pleased. Until 830 at night, when they came knocking on my camper demanding 300.00 more dollars. Saying they were prorating a month. Which we never rented month to month. We rented week to week for 200.00 and i always paid them. They are crooks!! They done some friends of mine the exact same way. Threw them out over night with a child and his wife being pregnant. Left them with no place to go because they told them they were moving in a few days as well. This is not how you do buisness!! They also own a few others. Please be aware.

Visited this RV resort last week expecting to find a large crowded RV camp. I found a small very quiet, nice and friendly resort with hosts who were friendly and helpful. Stores, gas station, market, mechanic shop, etc. all within a two block distance. Great sunsets, good fishing from the docks, I would go back and will be back soon. Mike
