Typical neighborhood small market to pick up those items quickly without driving to the larger markets. Gasoline is available at slightly higher prices than larger places. The building could use to touching up to make it more attractive but it serves the needs of the local neighborhood for a convenient place to shop.

They never have anything that you need. Prices are different depending on who working at the time. 2nd deli isn't doing any better. The has tanks are under water for years & owner never had it fixed. The metal cap floats, and can't get gas there. I don't think they will be there much longer. The real owner usually changes renters out every so many years. I wish they could turn it around, there not bad people.
