Nice little place. Stopped on our way to a brew tour in TC. Enjoyed the gluten for punishment
This place sucks. The beer is over priced..8 ounce beers for 4.50. you can get better beer at the James Port brewery in Ludington for the same price and you get 16 ounces. The food is not very good and the server has no personality at all. You can get a so called 16 ounce beer if you are a club member but I saw a member get a beer and guess what it didn't look like a full beer to me. I will never go there again and we golf in Hart every Friday. Nuff said.
Great atmosphere, food and beer. Family friendly, fast, and fresh. An ideal place to stop if heading north on 31. 5 o clock whistle is a fantastic mainstay IPA. Everything I've had here has been good but the whitefish sandwich and onion rings are tops!
The hamburger is excellent, maybe the best in the county. The 5 O'Clock Whistle, Collin's Full Size, and Test Hill are great IPAs.
Great place. Staff friendly and welcoming. Bartender Kennedy was very knowledgeable and chatty. Food was amazing. Will definitely plan a return trip.
Great food and local brewed beers. Really likes Collins Full Sized. Packs a punch with fruity hops goodness. Pork nachos and Korean tacos are the bomb!
If you're headed up north on 31, this is a fantastic place to stop right off the highway! The beer is fantastic and the food is great! We loved every part of our experience!
Everything is local, food is a bit pricey but it's good. Beer was good too. Nice spot to hangout and enjoy a beer.
The food suck the pasta was not worth 15$ the buger was cold the root beer was ok I don't like this place
Very nice atmosphere and a wonderful staff. The beer was great too.
Big Hart saved a dreary, rainy Saturday afternoon for my wife and me. The food was great! My wife had a salad w/ fresh blueberries, candied bacon and blue cheese and I had an amazing black and blue burger. The blackened burger was nice and spicy and was perfectly balanced by the blue cheese. And the beer was great! A lot of breweries don't have a big enough selection to fill-out a six sample flight, especially if you don't like IPAs. But Big Big Hart had several (at least six) that were really tasty. I'm stopping by again the next time I take a trip up the coast.
I first tried a temporary/seasonal wheat-style beer and it was okay. Next I tried the Star Hill Irish Stout and that was very good. My wife also liked the Fleming's Field malt cider. The food was good. We had to wait a little longer than usual due to a large party ordering just before us, but other than that everything was hot and pretty tasty, no complaints. I would definitely come back next summer.
