I had Verizon previously and switched to Sprint which I ended up hating so when the chance came up I switched back to Verizon and Cary made that experience excellent! I am so glad to be back with Verizon thank you for making the transition back a very good experience.

Erik at the Verizon Store in the Hudson Valley Mall helped me buy a new iPhone and transfer data (from my flip phone!) with zero drama and good clean help. He patiently explained all the numbers and broke down my bill into understandable components. While I know this might not be considered exceptional, my level of appreciation was bolstered by having just walked out of another Verizon store where I was subjected to sales tactics worthy of the used car lot.
