Rave and Carol are rock stars here. Super informative and VERY helpful with all questions, concerns, ordering product, getting right on customer concerns to resolve issues. After several employee changes here, including management, I nearly stopped shopping here but Rave & Carol have made it such a positive experience that it's kept me as a customer. Thank you SO much!! Not to mention Better Health offers cash back rewards, coupons, and their prices are better than Nutrition Unlimited and the Vitamin Shoppe. If there is a product that you want, that they don't currently have, let Rave or Carol know and they will get right on it! Also, the store is always clean and well stocked! A++

Great selection, just need better customer service. Where else can I find vegan food for my son in this area? About a year ago I returned shampoo labeled unscented because it still had a slight scent. LOL, the manager argued with me that it's unscented because it's printed right on it. Though she eventually allowed the refund. Anyone who's shopped for truly fragrance-free products will understand what I mean :)

Where to begin. the people that work there are rude, don't know how to bag by bags always break on the way to the car😖😖, not helpful and they look like they hate their jobs. I'm vegan so I have to come here. I pray that they open a trader Joe's around here soon

The store is very clean and presentable. Also the employees are friendly and helpful. Their selection of clean pure food is impressive, other grocery stores should learn from the health food revolution that stores like better health are pioneering. Of course non gmo organic food is more expensive than processed junk most companies make. What this country needs is a change in what we consciously put into our bodies. You are what you are eat. As we demand clean food, and vote with our dollars; big corporate will follow. Be the change?
