I love this credit union, I have always been treated with the up-most respect Everyone there is very professional and helpful, call always returned promptly, all questions answered in a very respectful and professional manner. I have been with other banking institutions, and Advantage one is the one for me, all by accounts are through this credit union, I don't ever plan on changing.

We are leaving this CU after many years of declining service and unfair policies in handling your money. My son recently closed on a house and the day before they closed they looked into his account and demanded an additional $6,000 because he had it (saved for furnishings) and he would lose the short sale deal if he didn't go forward. They just helped themselves to my checking account when I was late on a credit card payment without asking! $80 just took it out. I never took a loan with them in all the years I was there because they had the worse deal. They were not a CU helping members - they only and always helped themselves. Looking for a better CU.
