EDIT: for the third time this place is out of ice and can only make hot drinks. I understand once in a while, but three days in a row? At that point you're just a bad business. Oh, and let people know before they wait in the line. How lazy can you be? Never again.

This place is great. A nice change from Starbucks. Only downside is there employees seem discombobulated most of the time and there's often a line to order and a line to get your drink. Partly from popularity, but also a result from the aforementioned employee confusion.

Oh yeah! This was in the middle of the mall and there was a ridiculous line. Moved fairly good though and was definitely worth the wait. We couldn't stop talking about how good our different coffees and chai were. Wish they had one closer.
